Tomorrows plan since drinkable/liquid meals are amazing when I have been on a binge roll
Breakfast-1 scoop protein powder, 2 scoops collagen powder. 125 cal 23gprotein
Coffee, tea, water
Lunch- equate protein shake caramel. 170 cal 30g protein
Tea, electrolyte drink
Dinner- Peanut butter and Cherry smoothie (with spinach and cashew milk) roughly 350-400 cal 30(ish)g protein
Tea, water
Fasting 13-14 hrs after that.
