Time Travellers that meet each other every once in a while and get married every time? - Of course!

Anything that celebrates two or more people committing to one another.

ABOUT

✣ This fest was inspired by the engraving on the inside of Harry’s lion ring that reads the same. While we may not know the meaning, we all know that sometimes the second chance is what you need to finally get it right.

✣ "Second chances are riddled with self-doubt, irrational fears of falling short or making a mistake, and not living up to the potential you got a firsthand taste of the last go 'round.” If you could have a second chance, what would you do with it?

✣ "We are the sum total of our experiences. Those experiences - be they positive or negative - make us the person we are, at any given point in our lives. And, like a flowing river, those same experiences, and those yet to come, continue to influence and reshape the person we are, and the person we become. None of us are the same as we were yesterday, nor will be tomorrow."

✣ Individual interpretations of the theme are welcome, this blurb is to get you started.

RULES

✣ MUST be 18 or older to participate as an author

✣ Fic plots and prompts must have an element of 'second chances' or 'trying again' within them to qualify for the fest.

✣ All kinks and tropes are welcome, but must be clearly and appropriately tagged.

Welcome to the 1D Fantasy Fic Fest, a celebration of all things magical and mythical!

We invite all who cherish tales of dragons, mermaids, legends, new worlds, dark castles, and powerful characters to join us in this exciting event!

Rules:

Participants must be over 18 years old at the time of signing up.

The minimum word count is 6,000, and there is no maximum.

All fics must include one or more members of One Direction in the main pairing. All pairings are accepted.

All fics must be completed before being posted to the AO3 collection. We do not accept any works in progress (WIPs).
