Hello everyone! I am back with another bad timeline 100/51 fic! I had so much fun writing this one! I especially loved adding photos/houses as a repeating element. I hope you enjoy this fic, just please read my tags and author’s note! I have my usual posessive Byakuran in this story!

Despair is so well-worn a groove, so easy. Each carving lifeline slips to despair, and yet a new groove entrenches as I carve a lifeline and slip to despair. Though I may slip to despair, I must disallow the carving to meet with despair. A separation is needed between habit-forming and life-ritual when life-ritual is self-consumptive— "as for there to be incense one must burn incense".

heyhihello! finally making another one of these posts for the first time in a weeks - it's a little hard to believe it's been that long! after spending some much needed time away with my partner, I've been finishing up the semester & catching up on life post-vacation. I'm very thankful I was able to have that time before diving head first into the last 4 weeks of the year. I completed my very first set of francophone exams, finished a short story that is currently being edited, & picked up one of the most challenging custom projects I've attempted to date. hopefully I can finish the year off strong.

Bonjour ! Salut ! Bienvenue ! Je fais enfin un nouveau billet pour la première fois depuis une semaine - j'ai un peu de mal à croire que cela fait si longtemps ! Après avoir passé du temps avec mon partenaire, j'ai terminé le semestre et rattrapé la vie après les vacances. Je suis très reconnaissante d'avoir pu prendre ce temps avant de plonger tête baissée dans les quatre dernières semaines de l'année. J'ai passé ma toute première série d'examens francophones, j'ai terminé une nouvelle qui est en cours d'édition, et j'ai repris l'un des projets personnalisés les plus difficiles que j'ai tenté jusqu'à présent.

Tell me what your favourite Byakuran/Shouichi fic you’ve written is?💜 (and ramble about it if you like)

Oh friend! Thanks for this ask! I am super excited to answer, though picking only one 100/51 fic is challenging! Still, I have your answer!

My favourite 100/51 (Byakuran/Shouichi) fic I've written is and older story titled Monochrome and Lavender. I have several reasons why I like this story. To sum it up I love the premise of the entire story. It centres around Shouichi who has lost colour vision thanks to Byakuran. He's only able to see shades of lavender or lilac. I'm a big fan of eye magic in series. Whether the magic is a gift/the source of a character's super power or if the magic is a curse, I love it all.

The added layer of horror to the series is subtle as well. It's difficult for other characters to realize Shouichi is under a curse thanks to Byakuran and his possessive/obsessive nature over Shouichi. I enjoyed writing the subtle mark of possession that I feel rarely appears in my other 100/51 fics.

Finally, the "mic drop" at the end, where Shouichi reveals to Kikyo that he's under a curse is my favourite part of the entire fic. Any time I can add in Kikyo and Shouichi interacting, I will do so.

u know what would be so funny to me. the six funeral wreaths witnessing byakuran excessively hitting on shoichi and shoichi Expertly Friendzoning him and then after the future arc is over and their past versions meet, byakuran continues to hit on shoichi and shoichi continues to Not Get It and the six funeral wreaths are like (from afar) holy shit how many time leaps will it take for shoichi irie to take a hint lmfao???😭😭

got all my self-assigned coursework done before my 1pm class, went to my 9am and met someone who is in a similar position in that course, I packed lunch in the morniny, went to a talk on community organizing, ate lunch, went to class and was present, came home, talked with my housemates about being an adult who planned to die around 18, cleaned a little, drank 4 5%abv 12oz ciders around 4-5pm, boiled some eggs, have been on my phone for too long tbh, meant to nap... oh well! Was still a day which proved I can do what seemed out of reach, i.e., do my work in a timely manner so as to free up the evening for leisure. *Did* take 30mg of IR addy in the morning, but, um, I've been much less successful of a stimulant abuser before...

i have grown out of hating cigarette smoke.

i've gotten past the teenage phase of coughing and hacking like cancer is being pumped into my lungs.

i’m over rolling my eyes and turning my nose at the bus stop. 

in truth, it smells like a stranger's stress floating away, like tattooing your chest, like being the right kind of selfish. 

it has a taste of earth and wisdom, no need to be sweet lilac smoke. it’s honest. 

i don't think i’ll ever smoke. what would my father say? but the fresh air has been just as good to me.
