Seeing lots of posts in the tags of people debating over if Clark and Lois treat the boys the same or differently. I think it’s quite obvious both parents are more strict with Jonathan. But I’m not trying to start an argument with random people on the internet, that doesn’t bring me joy nor do I have the energy for it. So enjoy a couple of examples just off the top of my head where similar (not exact) actions from the boys lead to different reactions from the parents.

1.03 - The Perks of Not Being a Wallflower

*Jonathan says the word ‘poop’*

*Clark glares at Jonathan sternly* “Hey!”

1.06 - Broken Trust

*Jordan calls someone a dick*

*Clark softly* “Hey, hey. Language.”

1.01 - Pilot

*Jonathan makes an innocent joke about Jordan’s new powers*

*Lois sternly grabs his face (which is injured from getting beat up after sticking up for Jordan)* “Apologize to your brother.”

2.03 - The Thing In The Mines

*Jordan calls his father a rageoholic to his face when his powers are glitching uncontrollably*

*Lois completely ignores it* “Boys, go upstairs.”

(PS: If you’re bashing Jonathan for his recent choices, maybe rewatch season one and two and pay more attention to how Jon is treated by literally everyone and all the shit he goes through. Oh, and remember, he’s a child going through all this 😊)

Thanks for asking! Omg, this is the opposite problem- how am I ever supposed to narrow it down? I'm going to forget something and get annoyed with myself later for sure lol

In no particular order:

1. 10.04 "Homecoming"- gave me so much. what a gift 2. 1.01 "Pilot- for nostalgia sake- love the intro and how everything came together. MR & TW had great chemistry right off the bat 3. 4.01 "Crusade"- intro to Lois and Clark flying? Awesome :D 4. 6.11 "Justice"- The scene of them walking out with the exploding building in the background? Badass. 5. 9.09 "Pandora"- everything about this was great.

Bonus: 9.11/12 "Absolute Justice, 8.07 "Identity", 6.01 "Zod", 9.06 "Crossfire" & 8.01 "Odyssey". Yes I'm aware my bias is showing and it is all mostly after Lois showed up. I am who I am. The early seasons were really good and had plenty of memorable moments/episodes, but they're not what stick out in my brain. :D

51. Kara chooses her costume (Supergirl 1.01 „Pilot“)

While searching for the prefect costume Kara trys on a few different versions (just like Clark did in „Lois & Clark“). The first costume Kara tries on is a mix of several elements from the various costumes worn by Supergirl over the years. It is similarly revealing to the costume of Power Girl who is Kara from a different Earth. The headband comes from her 1980's look, just prior to her being killed off in the Crisis of Infinite Earths story line. The bare midriff comes from the costume that has been generally used in the comics and animated appearances since the character's revival in 2004. The hot pants come from the costume worn in the 1970's. There is also a nod to Kara Kent’s costume from „Smallville“ somewhere in there.
