AU where Brent is a drone to help out at crime scenes and offer input after Right finds the drone. And basically he befriends the really weird guy possibly controlling the drone but has his doubts as to how human the drone's source can be. So Right and Brent just go around trying to solve crimes while Right just calls the drone "Fuckwad (affectionate)".

#my characters #i love right so much and i think he would actually do pretty dang well with a lil assistant drone because not a person #which means not liable to get hurt with a bit of contact so he can just #tap the lil drone or poke it to push it away a little #anyway hi i had a very VERY bad morning and im not gonna lie #i was genuinely at one point thinking huh what if i get hospitalized that sure would suck #and i was thinking huh maybe i should think of how to instruct my mom on how to post on tumblr to tell you guys im hospitalized #which in my defense i had to bother my mom at 2am bc i went down to get pain meds and couldnt make it upstairs #and was breathing so intensely on the stairs hunched over i was like hmmmm not the usual panic attack feelings #and she immediately asked me if i wanted to go to the hospital #so im like cool not gonna let that outta my mind thats fine surely no problem #just gonna fixate on being hospitalized #anyway i finally got helped upstairs and was in incredible pain and couldnt breathe v easily #and it was leading to a bit of a panic attack because i was in so much pain simply trying to inhale and #my breathing was so shallow and sharp and my arms were just having bad circulation and shaking and hm #yeah it was p bad #anyway as a treat to myself not being in a hospital i drew my beloved raccoon son right

ever since that poll a few hours ago i keep thinking "what if i played the harp for real?" and ive done some googling and harps are wayyyyy too expensive

but kalimbas and lyre harps? More reasonable. Anyway im rotating them in my mind

so the thing about this journal I got for christmas last year is: it turns out I actually (and somewhat to my own surprise) really like this soft cover leatherbound style-- but this paper is... difficult, and while it is very Aestheticque, and it was fun and good to work with it over the last year, I think I want better paper for my next sketch/ hodgepodge book. the PROBLEM is that this style of book construction is SO simple I almost feel that I must make my own from scratch rather than buy one, but that leads me back around to the same problem I've always had with making my own sketchbooks, which is that I dunno where to get loose paper I would actually like :'D

#I guess I'm also not sure where I'd get a big chunk of thick leather BUT that feels thriftable #if not something I could sacrifice aesthetic for to make it out of pleather I already own #I can IMPROVISE the cover but the paper is really important :')#the last time I made my own sketchbook I used canson multimedia paper and it turns out I Do Not Like It as much as I thought #.... although on the other hand maybe that would be just the happy medium I need #between Smooth And Nice fill paper I prefer for drawing and watercoloring on properly #and this very soft very toothy very very rustic recycled brown paper that I allowed myself to not worry about or take too seriously #which-- also-- I do actually like the color too. maybe a kraft paper...?#BUT ALSO-- the recycled paper in this is SO thick and soft it holds up really well to being in this style of binding #where maybe a thinner or more rigid paper would be inclined to wrinkle or tear...?#HMM.#hmmmm #I mean maybe I get another really similar one and take out the entire final signature of paper #and stick a bunch of loose Nicer Paper back there instead that I can slot in wherever as needed #about me

#it has been like. very flirtatious between my friend and i lately.#said friend was made 7 years ago when i was in first year when i went to a gala to meet a pen pal #and met him instead #and we both were into each other except we were both too useless to make any direct moves #so nothing ever happened #and i partially convinced myself it was never there on his part. except it definitely was #and i found out for sure last year when i asked him if he would ever want to date. and he said he was seeing someone #but then i was like well yeah when we first met i wanted to.#and he was like yeah i did too but convinced myself you probably didnt want to #anyways we've been talking since like fall 2020 off and on via messenger #and then at the end of this March we got to see each other for the f1st time since 2020 and hang out properly for the 1st time since 2017 #and my brain was like AAAAAAAAAAAAA him.#and then we saw each other again in late May and i was like ok its ok i can be friends. Me running through the logistics of me watching the WAD livestream:

#please ignore me in the tags as I convince myself I can do this #I wanna watch it just because it’s been like a year since I have seen WAD and I want to see it again #I also wanna watch it with everyone #but it’s just like how much data will I need #will I even have a good signal to be able to stream it because fuck knows how good of a signal I’ll get across the ditch #the whole being awake at like 6am and having minimal sleep will just add to the energy I believe #I know that it is available for 48 hours after but I will still be overseas for the 48 hours #and I highly doubt I will get time to watch it during that time #so live is really the only time it works #because it’s so early and everyone else will be asleep #I also know there will be *other* sources of it after #but I want to watch the slitining with everyone because I know the match slits will kill me #maybe it will be a decision for me when I am actually across the ditch #and I can actually scope out the situation #hmmmm #I know I’m gonna do it I just need to convince myself this is the right choice
