AHHHH I've been playing Digimon Cyber Sleuth on and off again and I FINALLY digivolved my starting digimon ( Palmon ) all the way up to Rosemon !!!
I wanted to sketch them for that reason... it took way longer than expected...!! But for that reason it feels like a big achievement!
This is specifically supposed to be my Rosemon ( His name is Squire ) but I think I could design him to have more of his own cool unique details as an actual Digimon oc !! So this is Squire... for now !!!

it's been over 2 weeks and this thing (unfortunately) still has a grip on me
#rant in the tags coming so please do scroll away if you enjoyed the finale 🙏#you know how with some things you'll be like 'I had some negativity towards this thing but--#now that it's been some time I feel better towards it'?#my thoughts on the finale have only gotten worse since it released 🥲#being given more time to think on it made me notice more things I had wrong with it#like I really wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt but it is so difficult#when I tried ranking the episodes from best to least favorite#I'd come to realize that I couldn't put either finale episode above the other for the bottom two#they both gave me the same feeling of being doused in ooze 😭#I've written a good handful more thoughts on why I disliked it since the last rundown I had posted#though I'm afraid if talking about this is considered cringe or old news now that it's been a minute since the eps came out lol#I've watched the finale in full two times just to take everything in but I don't think I can do it again anytime soon#I think there's about 8-10 mins of the finale that I genuinely enjoyed#the rest making me want to cry in disappointment or was just 'okay' to me#just gotta 'it is what it is' my way through knowing the show ended like That. we stay silly!#however- writing about it does give me a little bit of relief lol#adventure time#at#fionna and cake#petrigrof#simon petrikov#betty grof#my post#my art

So now they’re upstairs. Eddie’s leather glove, slick with some guy’s blood, slips over the skin of Steve’s neck and leaves sticky red streaks in its wake. The other is still wrapped around his gun and propped against Steve’s waist, a steady, familiar weight that makes him shiver. Eddie’s lips are pressed to his jaw and his hips are holding Steve against the wall though so he’s hardly worried about the mess.
“You’re so hot, baby. Fuck.” A bite to his ear. “You make it look so easy.”
Steve’s head knocks back against the wall and he giggles high in his throat.
“It is. Just gotta make sure you don’t cut too far and hit their jugular because that’s just a mess. And it’s over too fast. Not very fun.”
Eddie huffs a strained laugh and tips his forehead against Steve’s collarbone. When he looks back up his eyes are red rimmed and wild. Steve can practically feel the crazed energy that radiates off of him.
He lifts the hand holding his gun and presses it right under Steve’s chin, tips his head up until his neck strains. “You’re crazy, baby.”
Steve’s smile is wicked and his hands scramble to tug at Eddie’s belt.
“You like me crazy.”
Eddie’s eyes go heavy and drop down to his lips again. He leans down to whisper feather-light against them. “Love you crazy, sweetheart.”

Woohoo, I actually managed to move the plot a tiny bit! Hologramssss!
“The coordinates, they go to the Orpheum Theater downtown,” Alex explained.
“Isn’t that like a massive concert venue?” Luke asked, dropping Julie’s hand to peer over Alex’s shoulder.
“Yep,” Alex responded, tilting the device so he could see.
Julie started to respond, ask about where exactly it was, but a bright light cut her off.
“LAPD, hands up,” a gruff voice called from behind her, a dozen yards down the pier.
“This isn’t what it looks like,” Julie said, raising her hands and starting to turn toward the source of the light.
“Isn’t it?” the person responded. “Cause it looks like unlawful entry, defacement of public property and…” The light slowly lowered, allowing Julie to catch sight of the person holding it. “Breaking curfew,” Bobby finished, glaring at them.

Okay I hadn't rewatched The Eye Scene in quite a while but

2. Jo mockingly switching to a Kansai accent for a sec? I never noticed it before but GOOD GOD. Also very cool for Tsutsumi since he's a Kansai native but never gets the opportunity to speak it, even outside of his roles.
3. This isn't even anything I just have Mine's dialogue embedded into my DNA sequence at this point, but. The similarity in how he and Jo structure the start and end of these sentences.

But the point is I will finally be a big shot#My home and love life are comfortable as can be but I have been worried about money a little recently as commissions are sporadic#But... I'm actually on track to move to full time animation. I'm so excited.#Game is still under construction. Story is done and I'm still coding. Might need a new computer soon because this one is nearly a decade old#I'm so hopeful that the universe has finally thrown me a proverbial bone at least career wise#I have a small fanbase who is really really nice to me and I met a lot of friends there and I need to remember them when this all kicks off#Misty Ripley Heck are three that have been super supportive and I will help give back to them for keeping me afloat this whole time#Ashley has also been subscribed to me for a year. It's our year anniversary soon and I'm so nervous bc I'm not certain what to get her/do#Will just be grateful to have more memories w her. Might get a little trip away somewhere if she can get someone to watch pets#just checked. Nothing standing out but I'll figure it out now that money is significantly less of a worry#I guess that's nearly every one of my worries gone. Just gotta actually grind and finish game and I'll have nearly nothing to complain about
