"Just what I needed! I'll be taking this now!" And he's grabbing one of the halves of the broken mask, running away as he's getting up to another one of his shenanigans.
"No! Give it back...its mine..."
Gangle knew she couldn't stop him, he was far too quick and herself far too slow. Yet, when it came to her masks that was the one thing she valued more than anything else. Her Comedy Mask was everything to her losing part of that was like losing a part of herself.
So, with as much determination as she could muster. Gangle tried to chase after Jax. But, it was a sorry display in every sense of the word. She kept tripping over her own limbs and even if she did manage to get close she couldn't pull it out of his hands. She was too weak.
The only real form of attack she had was trying to wrap up Jax's legs in ribbon in the hopes of tripping him up. But, that was easier said than done. She needed to wait for the right moment.

Oh no, it was Jax! That jerk was always causing so much trouble. He really was the worst. But, not in that scary way that happened when someone abstracted, though Jax could be rather scary. Gangle tried to stay out of his way as much as she could, but despite that he still kept picking on her. He had all those tricks, while Gangle had nothing.
"You're already too late...its broken already..."
The mask on a ribbon burst into silent tears. That was one victory at least, the fact that something else broke the Comedy mask before the rabbit could. What broke it you ask? Why her own clumsiness, she had been trying to get something from high up on a shelf but fell down. The object had been heavier than she thought. Being made of nothing but red ribbon meant she wasn't that strong.
Gangle didn't look at Jax she only focused on her broken mask. She was trying in vain to put it back together and failing miserably.
