#personal#someone commented early today how they keep checking if jatp pirate au fic is updated and it never is#and I just 🥲#I wish my writing partner for this still wanted to work on this#alas#I’m doing my best on my own#and I have one friend who’s willing to help out when they can#but we are both so busy all the time#I’m so tempted to post the chapters that are already done#but I’m honouring my writing partner’s wishes to just post everything all at once#so that readers don’t get too excited about it being back#bc this is supposed to be the end of it#😔😮💨#posting something would get me more motivated to finish it tho#I’m also torn about like… I mean I should probably talk to them about this but… are they still co-creator for the last few chapters#if I’m the only one who worked on them?#is that weird and rude if I just didn’t check the cro-creator box for the chapters that I wrote myself#gah#I’ll probably still check it when I get around to posting#but just#😩 why is everything so hard#I have so much love for this story#and now there’s proof that someone out there also has just as much love for it too#and I wanna post these chapters already#even just the ones we’ve written together#so I can finish off the ones that I haven’t finished myself yet#please#please please please#but we’ve already discussed it#so… perhaps I shall create my own fic for these chapters

last Friday I had a meeting with my boss where I asked him for a new supervisor and went into detail on my supervisor’s really upsetting behavior. He was very supportive. Today I meet with him and my manager about next steps. I am extremely nervous for office politics reasons but I’m trying to remind myself that I have options and if it doesn’t work out I will eventually be fine. Deep breathes!!
