galladrabbles: clover 🍀
i haven't written a @galladrabbles in a hot minute, but i was inspired by @gardenerian 's prompt ✨
The sun is peeking through the clouds above, projecting shadows of tree branches dancing in the wind. Warm, yet breezy – the perfect weather for a spring picnic in the park.
Leaning against a tree trunk, Ian embraces the comforting weight of Mickey’s head resting on his shoulders, soft locks of hair tickling his skin.
Out of the corner of his eye, Ian spots a four-leaf clover hiding in plain sight, waiting to be plucked.
His fingers reach forward, but decides to leave the good-luck charm be.
Being with Mickey, his husband – Ian already has everything he could ever wish for.

I don’t know what I was expecting for this weeks @galladrabbles from @gardenerian I was a bit surprise but Mel! Clover is such a cute prompt! I can’t wait to see what everyone else comes up with! This is my 1st submission, I do have another idea for this prompt 😏

Mickey looked up, blowing out a puff of grey smoke that floated up and turned green as it passed the neon clover sign.
Luck of the Irish.
Mickey rolled his eyes at the name. Why the hell did Mandy ask him to meet her here?
He walked to the door, flipping out a card Mandy gave him, grinning at the pissed off mumbles of people lined up behind him.
He walked straight to the bar, his eyes instantly checking out the man behind the bar. Pale freckled skin, broad shoulders, muscular arms.
“What can I get for you?” Sexy green eyes check him out.
He smirked.
Maybe he was feeling lucky tonight after all.
