the correlation of parvati and hasta 🌙🌷

in my previous exploration of hasta, i detailed the prominence and importance of parvati in understanding the symbolism of the hasta nakshatra. the deemed sacred temple for hasta is the komal temple of kumbakonam in tamil nadu. it is recommended that hasta chandra natives visit this temple before they depart from this earthly plane to receive blessings, divine grace, and godly compassion. this worship will cloak them in the energetic vortex to guide them in the afterlife. when offering oneself to komal, natives are required to praise shiva (the husband of parvati) and adorn their hands (the prana life force of hasta) in water, to align themselves with their lunar, kapha nature to connect with their ancestral powers.

🌀 ariana grande: hasta chandra

🌀 dita von teese: hasta surya

this ideal configuration for harmonious life is a beautiful depiction of the devotional element of the female path. as parvati avoids the materialistic connotation of knowledge and embraces true devotion and passivity to her yang source (shiva). parvati embraces the true feminine energy of hasta not by ejecting energy as uttara phalguni, but by responding to male energy. these natives learn to conserve their personal energies by absorbing and radiating the sunlight of others. they appear in the forms those who perceive them deserve, hence the mercurial “joker” archetype.

🌀 brigitte bardot: hasta surya

parvati is the immersion of the yoni incarnate, her vulvular being is the gateway to all of the cosmos. parvati is said to reside in the bharani nakshatra (the yoni) because of said aforementioned symbolisms and parvati being the mother of lord ganesha (the elephant yoni from which bharani is said to embrace and the gateway deity to hasta). the two cosmic phenomena are linked to the ichthus. the ichthus is a symbol of two intersecting arcs that resemble the yoni. both are considered to be the gateways to the universe via life and death. both have the discernment to separate “the righteous from the wicked at the end of this world” as evidenced by matthew 13 in the bible. the elephant’s face is symbolic of the triangular formation of feminine genitalia. this downward triangle is the alchemical symbol of the water element: the kapha waters of the moon, the lusciousness of parvati, and the feelings/intuition of prosperous shukra (please read my previous post on vishakha for more information on shukra). therefore, parvati is the ultimate feminine being for understanding the base paths of feminine divinity.

overall, i hope this explains why parvati is so important to hasta and divine femininity in general 🤍🌷

Savitar knew exactly how far away to hold the blade, what angle to hold it at to scare Barry Allen. He knew Killer Frost would soon appear to save Barry and spirit him away—he was counting on it, even. What he didn't count on was Barry impaling himself on the blade. Savitar's bluff doesn't quite go to plan, and now he has a dying speedster on his hand and a pressing threat of disappearing from existence. (It may or may not be his salvation, in the end.)

Probably not a fic I’ll ever write, but it was a bit of a jokey concept I once talked about with a friend (tho if I wrote it, per this summary, it would be more serious in line with canon’s s3 tone):

Savitar threatens Barry so often in s3, and nearly kills him once…what if he ends up stabbing Barry for real? Then what? He’s freaking tf out, reveals himself for the sake of convincing the Team to let him help heal Barry (because they’re moving too slow for his liking)…and something something eventual Savitar redemption (and ofc in this version, he doesn’t kill Iris)

I love this question!! So many Savitar concepts, honestly 😅 but mainly this one:

So when Barry and Nora time-travel in 5x8, they go to very specific points, right? And one of them is 3x23, to get a piece of Savitar’s suit. But what if they crossed paths with Savitar at a point earlier in s3? Especially since Nora herself is a more inexperienced speedster…what if Barry lands in the right day in s3, but Nora lands a day early?

Nora mistakes Savitar for Barry at first, asks about the scars on his face with concern…and Savitar is thoroughly baffled by her existence. She, however, talks about the plan to get a piece of Savitar’s suit very freely (since, ofc, she thinks he’s Barry), and Savitar decides “well, if she’s Barry and Iris’s daughter, I’ll at least keep her locked up for now. If she disappears, all the better…if not, she’s not a threat and I might let her go”

(why doesn’t he think of killing her? Well…he’s attached already, though he won’t admit it…he covers that up by calling her a “nuisance” in his head)

At some point Barry crosses paths with them both, he and Savitar fight, Nora intervenes…and that’s where the muse stops 😅 I have this vague idea that it ends with Nora saving Savitar somehow, but…the timey-wimey of this show is so frustrating to navigate, especially s3’s whole deal.

It’s also why I’m generally hesitant to write Savitar fics in general, because…I love him as a concept, truly, but…well, I’ve talked about how I find him underbaked as a villain and his season a disaster in general.

(The Morgan AU will have an iteration of him that hopefully y’all will like when we get around to s3 💞 I’ve already gotten attached!)

Oh my girl is demanding lmao god help you if you're in a relationship with her. Perhaps people will expect the same things she preaches.

🍊 What is your OC’s favourite meal? Snack? Dessert? Drink? Any reasons behind this besides liking how it tastes? She has a sweet tooth so anything sweet would always be her first choice, it would also include drinks as she favors arbor gold over any other wine.

🧡 Who is your OC’s favourite person? Why is this person the top of their list and have they actually met them (an idol or rolemodel or celeb can be someone’s favorite after all!). As cheesy as it sound Melara's favorite person is her father lmao. She always thought that he understood her in a way nobody could.

Writing down my wishes here coz someone said i should write them somewhere open to manifest.

The point is most of the wishes are plans i made to execute with my better half(if i let anyone be).

1. Wishing him to be a devotee of Lord Shiva if not at least respect him so that i could take him with me to visit all the temples of Lord Shiva. Not just the temples, the mountain and caves related to the lord. How beautiful it will be to have my world with me visiting the supreme soul's centre points telling him all stories, meditating with him, purifying souls together, chanting mantras together, vibrating higher together, having blessings with him, with him praying for him. 🪷

5. Manifesting a tea lover bcs tea is love. I respect coffee people but tea is home. With my one, having morning and evening teas together especially tea with black pepper ♥️

6. Together reading books or poems🤎. Talking about poets, their love life, their struggles. If that person likes something else i am ready to learn for him.

7. Discussions about life, humans, gods, universe, music, books, artists, movies. I discuss these things with those on whom i have utmost trust and have respect for them. 🌙

9. Settling in the mountains maybe? Because I don't like human society. We can have our little restaurant or coffee place for earning. Being happy in the little. I have planned that if I couldn't do well in this world I would go somewhere far in a village in the mountains of himachal maybe kallatop. ❄️

10. Northern lights.. i love them. I want to see those great green northern lights upon my head with or without someone. One day for sure.💯

11. Visiting Jordan and Prague.. bcs Rockstar movie was shot there. ⭐

13. Visiting that green place of my dream I didn't disclosed to everyone. I need to find first where it is.🌀

16. Having my own library at home or owning one somewhere outside for people.

17. Publishing my own books either fiction or non fiction.

19. Attending a concert maybe? I dont know if i'll enjoy it.

REED’S FARM x ONCE & FUTURE WINE DINNER TO BENEFIT A MEANINGFUL PURPOSE -Magical night celebrating my birthday for A Meaningful Purpose at Reed’s Farm hosted by dear friend and farm co-founder Cookie Till and Joel & Mady from Once & Future Wine. What a treat to hear Joel’s storytelling and sip on vintage Ravenswood that brought me back to my art school days. I was honored to donate “Love Wins” my live drawing of Blondie at MSG from June 2015. Grateful Debbie Harry joined me, shining extra light on the incredible farm mission Megs is so passionate about at the heart of our NJ community. Also grateful to Danny & Maria Clinch who joined & also Danny donating a portrait of Blondie from Sea Hear Now and Bruce Springsteen to benefit the non-profit. Reed’s Chef Jonathan Copeland & Steve & Cookies Chef Kevin Kelly & Chef Warner Christie hit it out of the park with a farm grown and thoughtfully sourced menu and Ventnor 7311 for the delicious original cake! My friend musician Paul “Sage” Cannon brought his music and blessings from the Kumeyaay Nation and Michelle created the vibe with beautiful decor. Also grateful to the entire Reed’s & Steve&Cookies team for all their hard work in making it an extra special evening! You know who you are- hugs to follow soon. A positive shift is happening in the world and the work we are all doing collectively is leading that movement….. 💙🌀

Hello world..

Just thinking & praying.

Seems I'm meant to walk alone. Out of a broken hell & into the unknown abyss called the world. With support from a very few dear friends that truly care & give a dang about me. Whether or not my soul's mates are on the other side of the bridge.. I can no longer tell. God assures me the glimpses He meant me to see are True. His Truth.And perhaps my beloved Bears .. Angels .. are there.. but I cannot see.. I have been wrong.. too much. Rejected. Denied. And I just cannot take that anymore. It has damaged me. Too much to endure. This place. More than once a day. So whomever.. wherever.. whenever.. you .. are... I do hope & pray that you feel me. Because I've laid myself too bare here & I've hurt myself.. you.. other people.. too much. So .. listen to my soul's angst as I spill it out in my diary. I miss you . Whoever you are.. I no longer know.. I pray to be forgivable by God. And that I learn to forgive myself, as well as others. I also pray that those meant to forgive me.. can.. & want to. I must accept His Will. Plans. Timeframe. I must accept the path He wants me on right now.. is fraught with dangers, toils, snares.. tests of the adversary. That I must walk this alone. That I must come to Him. First. He deserves my soul bowed, kneeling. That He is the Way. The Truth. The Light. Focus. Discipline. Retrain my brain. Listen to Him. Use the sensory & emdr skills. Keep walking to Him, & do as He instructs me & I will get my life back on track. I pray that means I in so doing He will Bless my life with His most Treasured of Gifts .. my soul's mates . But I don't know that right now. So I keep praying to hear Him correctly. My tree bends to You Lord. It isn't broken. It is weathered, tested, battered, bruised but very deeply rooted. In You. Your Plans. I wear my scars as a roadmap, like a map of the constellations Lord. I am not meant to be ashamed of them. None of the physical, & striving to not be ashamed of the mental nor emotional either. They made me who I am. Who You meant me to be. Every tear I've ever shed, every tear I am now.. are Yours. The love language of my soul, to You. Oh God in Heaven.. please..??? Please help me??? Bowed.
