WIP Poll Game - Winning Snippet
As promised, I've included a snippet from the winning WIP below. I thought about posting nine sentences to stay to theme, but I couldn't really find a good place to pull that from, so you're getting a little more than nine sentences haha. Whoops. Snippet under the cut!
Obi-Wan sighs before plastering on a smile for his Commander—no reason to make him worry, after all. This is something that is solely Obi-Wan’s problem. “It’s nothing, Cody, I—just remembered that I’d been scheduled for a minor medical procedure at the Temple. I suppose I won’t be making it, now.”
The explanation does nothing to lesson the severity of Cody’s eyebrows. “Do you need to go talk to Bones, Sir? I’m sure the medics could assist you with…whatever it is.”
Obi-Wan forces himself not to wince. “It is, unfortunately, something of a specialized issue, Commander. Not to worry, it’s nothing I can’t take care of next time we’re on Coruscant.”
“If you say so, General.” Obi-Wan watches Cody come to the conclusion that it’s something Force-related, and makes the decision not to disabuse him of that notion. There’s no reason that he needs to know otherwise.

Welcome to lovesick lockout! Inspired by the 18 billion other brackets around here, this showdown will be putting the most fucked up, lovesick characters against each other.
Our bracket (at current) will consist of 32 characters, and 16 matchups. All characters will be chosen by the people!

Rules are as follows:
- Fictional characters only.
- Character must exhibit some sort of "yandere" (for lack of a better word) tendencies. Fanon interpretation is okay to some extent, but the more overt, the better.
- No hardcore flaming. We can all goof, we can be silly, but let's remember that there ARE people on the other side of the screen. Don't send hate-mail to people is basically what I'm saying here.
- All media goes! Video games, anime, manga, podcasts, movies, shows... send 'em in! May the best character win!

*Basically anything that isn't a typical farm animal: cow, pig or sheep. Not including birds or fish- might include that in a different poll.
(Obligatory Note: I'm American and this is based on what's overall unconventional to eat in the USA.)
Edit: To clarify just in case, I meant to have "None of these" mean "I've never tried any four legged creature that wasn't cow, pig, or sheep".
Edit 2: I live in an agricultural area. It appears this may have skewed my view on how frequently anything else is eaten. We have the Store and the Farm and that's it.
