Coldplay’s New Music
(just encompassing everything in one place because of the informational chaos)
Tumblr media
Thanks to Coldplaying and ColdplayXTRA (graphics below by them too) on Twitter we’ve got such encrypted message from alienradio.fm website about probably potential new single “Higher Power” being released on May 7th! (a radio day. Coincidence? I think not) As Coldplaying’s article goes, that was ColdplayXTRA who “led the decryption efforts by assuming Coldplay was the first string and using P, O, A, Y to fill the blanks” [x] There are also potential new single’s lyrics that has been deciphered by both of the teams joining up their forces:
“The joy is electric and you’re circuiting through. I’m so happy that I’m alive at the same time as you”
Tumblr media
According to the news article on Coldplaying everything started with Alien Radio FM @alienradiofm account on Twitter following some of the coldplayers! (obviously, they follow 42 accounts lol) Alien Radio is not just a randomly popped up new name, we could see it popping up written on a whiteboard on 'The South Bank Show' in 2009, as Kyle @coldplaykb very rightly remembered
Tumblr media
Also Sango @Coldplay5D finally found the ever-questioned Jon’s MX guitar with this sign (I looked for it for the whole night and failed even though worked on Jon’s guitars mag :/)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This account (also it’s represented across other social media platforms, as you can see from the website) had already tweets since April 18th:
Tumblr media
Days later they uploaded videos with initiated scanning and found signals: one of them consisted of the previews of all radio stations’ messages in one short video and the other [x] was in Greek (the man reading out such dialogue as monologue I recognized later today as the man from typical "listening and comprehension" text for Greek proficiency certification I and my students passed many years ago) and went as following (transcription and translation are mine):
“Hello, hello! Do you hear me? Yes, yes, I hear you. A disc is damaged. No, I said that it’s damaged. Can you fix it? I don’t know. I believed that you know yourself. No… Um… No, I don’t know. The electrical part seems to be fine. That’s mysterious. A real mystery. Can you help me? Thank you. I'd love to do that very much. Hello?”
That message was followed by several tweets with coordinates and a link to  alienradio.fm

Messages that these stations broadcast talk mainly about space (astronauts and stuff), scientists, astronomy itself, frequency and such. There’s a theory by ColdplayXTRA that the messages in Greek, Welsh, English (about Scotland’s rural are) might be nods towards the bandmembers also, as I understand, for the fact that two of them are by now the only one represented in a form of video across social media accounts of Alien Radio FM.
Welsh message that appeared today talks about Leo Fender [translation taken from Coldplay’s subreddit]
“At the age of 8 years old, Leo developed a tumor in his left eye, resulting in the eye being removed and being replaced with a glass eye, making him ineligible for the draft in World War II later in life. While he was young he played piano, and then switched to saxophone. However, his interest in saxophone did not last long as he focused more and more on electronics When he was 13 years old, his uncle, who ran an automotive-electric shop, sent him a box filled with discarded car radio parts, and a battery.”
Some of the messages have no connection to the overall space theme, like the ones in Czech, Dutch, Finnish and Swedish.
In Czech they cite two children poems: one is about a little snail and the other is about an injured ant that was cured by some doctor, here’s the translation by @ri3o on Coldplaying forum:
“Little ant got hurt and the whole ant colony knew about it. At midnight they called in the ant doctor. The doctor checked his heart; then wrote a prescription. “One pill of sugar three times a day and he will be as strong as a lion.”They gave him the medicine as prescribed, but our ant was still sick. The whole day he was on fire, the whole night he spent crying. Four stood by his bed and a fifth one comforted him saying, “Do not cry, I will blow where it hurts and by the morning you will be fine.” He blew on the little ant’s wound and caressed his forehead, And in the morning, hop!, healthy little ant jumped out of bed.”
And a transcription in Chech by the same person:
“Šnečku, šnečku Šnečku, šnečku, vystrč růžky, dám ti krejcar na tvarůžky a trojníček na tabáček bude z tebe hajdaláček!”
Dutch message, as discovered by Hannah @hvn42 quotes a beginning of “ A Mad Tea Party“ from “Alice In Wonderland”:
“There was a table set out under a tree in front of the house, and the March Hare and the Hatter were having tea at it: a Dormouse was sitting between them, fast asleep, and the other two were using it as a cushion, resting their elbows on it, and talking over its head. “Very uncomfortable for the Dormouse,” thought Alice; “only, as it’s asleep, I suppose it doesn’t mind.”The table was a large one, but the three were all crowded together at one corner of it: “No room! No room!” they cried out when they saw Alice coming. “There’s plenty of room!” said Alice indignantly, and she sat down in a large arm-chair at one end of the table.”
Here’s the translation from Finnish by Anniina @riddikulusfin with some editing by me:
When I was little I once went to a carousel in an amusement park. It was a gorgeous carousel. The carousel had horses, I mean, magnificent horses. I got on one’s back that had a purple mane and her name was Flower. I started running so that I could get on this exactly horse’s back. I was so excited. My mother shouted: “Hold on!”. But I was so excited that I didn’t listen to her. When the carousel started spinning I flinched. I was not ready. I fell down. Everybody was laughing and the carousel had to be stopped. It did not hurt but I was embarrassed. I started crying. It felt like I had let Flower down.
“Hold on. You have to hold on tight. Do you hear me? Do you hear what I am saying? Don’t let go, by no means don’t ever let go. Be careful. I hope you are listening carefully. You have to listen carefully.”
According to elin @elinhenningsson this signal on the radio has
“a Swedish guy talking about how to make meatballs”
Today a countdown in Portuguese appeared, still unknown what for...
coldpatrix on Coldplaying forum made an Italian transcription of a message that appeared to be a biography of Galileo Galilei!
The last sentence though tells about him being mentioned in Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen!
French one is translated by sophie @xylotommo:
“It was dark there, so dark.I stopped in a clearing among the trees, and I stood still. It was so calm.I couldn't hear anything.I rolled my eyes and saw it; a tiny speck of light moving across the sky.It was moving at the same pace. A constant white light. Like an airplane, but without blinking. I stared at it, wondering what it could be. And then I understood: This must be the space station I heard about on the news. They say it is moving at 27,000 kilometers per hour. It didn't seem so fast to me.I wondered if the people on board felt like they were going that fast. They must be very brave. And then I wondered if they were up there looking at me too, that's a nice thought to have. I felt less alone and waved to them.”
@OsamaColdplay said that the message in Arabic is
“about a player who scored the winning goal in minute 90+3 which he passed through three players and shot the ball and it was like a higher power controlled the ball to enter the net and that player (Mohammed Taha) had a strange energy at this moment “
According to  @안@AsTeR0i Korean message tells the definition of the scientist and evolves around that, here’s the transcription:
Michelle, Michelle @MichSwifty13 says that in Spanish the signal talks about Arnaldo Tamayo Méndez, the first Latin American of African descent to become an astronaut:
“So, of course, life in Cuba in 1942, Arnaldo’s beginning was a little difficult in his life. He was an orphan and was adopted. He wasn’t rich. He was 13. He had to start looking for work. Started shining shoes and then selling vegetables. Later he started on work as a carpenter’s assistant. So that was their humble beginnings, but then they joined the army and so they joined the army and then they joined you in the Soviet Space Program, so that in 1980 he was part of the mission ‘Soyuz’. He was the first Latin American of African descent to go to space, you can see the truth. One never knows what can happen and where you can end up.” [link where translation was found]
Estinian translation by Almasmoothie
“Recently, a lot of attention has been paid to the use of machines in space, both to analyze in-orbit data and, for example, to detect various anomalies in satellite systems. In this context, we are interested in various machine accelerators, which are often not designed to work in harsh room conditions September of 2020, we ran the first satellite which had a machine learning accelerator, Neon Moon, on it's board. It's an interesting time and we're exited! “
@coldplayer2997 noticed that
“one of the signals talks about a gravity tunnel. It takes 42 minutes and 12 seconds to to fall from one side of the earth to the other though a tube.”
Also as many coldplayers noticed there were constellations in the code, also there are some still not deciphered images with the dotes, 4 symbols with swirl (like MX era one), infinity, atom, and pyramid/triange/air...

05/ Thurston Moore _Rock N Roll Consciousness
Lyrically, there are a couple songs that have an element of what could be described as music for the Goddesses, you can hear that on tracks 'Aphrodite' and 'Exalted'. A "secret track", one called 'Ceasefire', maybe speaks to the political maelstrom, but could also speak to individual attacks. Michelle Obama has that line, "When they go low, we go high." The guitars are heavy Rock N' Roll and the lyrics are gentle. The songs on Rock N' Roll Consciousness ponder more universal themes rather than the current political topics. They are songs I want to have and play forever. 'Cusp', for example, is about springtime. That moment when you are so close to something you can feel it, but there is still the joy of experiencing it reveals itself, the blossoming.

The objects of the world appear before me as objects that manifest as resisting to my flesh.
My flesh is what shows itself to itself inside me and gives me a sense of myself.
The more I feel myself, more easily I recognize the objects around me as other bodies. The bodies then appear as resisting at my flesh. They affect it by refusing to allow access to the space they occupy and to the extent they are unfolding their forces. Each body appears as a natural body without flesh, because it denies the access to itself – it resists, defends, pushes out. I feel bodies and not a flesh because bodies are vomiting me from their space and I feel myself as flesh and not as a physical body because I cannot resist to this resistance: I endure, I  suffer and I feel, as my flesh against bodies.
So in principle, all are clarified and now I can distinguish a flesh from a body.
Where I feel that something is not resisting me, and that instead of returning me to myself and limit me into that, it subsides and opens, I know that this is a flesh other than my own flesh, the flesh of another.
Everywhere in the world, I touch walls and facades, boundaries and borders. Therefore I am not in the world as being into something open. I am into the world as in an environment full of partitions, private property, restricted zones, being enclosed, demarcated or even under detention.
My flesh then, makes me feel that I do not occupy the world, but that the world includes me.
To get out of this - which for me is the so called Hell by the way - and decamp, my flesh should give and take with another flesh, into which and thanks to which, I will expand. Besides, haven’t I been born inside a flesh and thereof, into which I had expanded before getting into any world?
Another flesh can make room for me to welcome me, not to reject or resist me - accept my flesh and reveal it to myself, giving it space.
And where would the other flesh make space for my own, if not within her own ?
And that Flesh, it does not know rest.
Για να βγω από αυτό - που για μένα είναι η Κόλαση παρεμπιπτόντως - και ν αποδράσω, πρέπει η σάρκα μου να έχει πάρε δώσε με μια άλλη σάρκα, μέσα και χάρη στην οποία θα επεκταθώ. Εξάλλου δε γεννήθηκα μέσα σε μια σάρκα και εξ αυτής, μέσα στην όποια είχα εκταθεί πριν να εισέλθω σε οποιοδήποτε κόσμο;
Και που θα έκανε η άλλη σάρκα χώρο στη δική μου, αν όχι μέσα της;
