Three ships: like, so many, all the time, but obviously Legolas x Gimli as my forever OTP, Will x Elizabeth as the ones currently attacking me, and...probably Aang x Katara as an ongoing love
First ever ship: man, probably Percy x Annabeth from PJO, before I really knew what shipping was or had a whole lot of feelings. It spoke to me very personally, and I watched it happen slowly over the course of five books and I love them so much.
Last song: Listening to “Take Me to Church” right now as part of one of my many L/G playlists ;)
Last movie: Curse of the Black Pearl, again. I’ve found that the trick to sustain an obsession is to spread it out over as many people as possible so they don’t get sick of you.
Currently reading: a whoooole bunch of theory, sigh. Perhaps someday I will have energy for fun reading again.
Currently watching: Nothing at this exact moment, and also nothing ongoing, exactly - but if you count me still being locked in the death clutches of the kraken Pirates of the Caribbean, that’s what I want to be watching in my little spare time.

How about Amy Rose from the character post?
Favorite thing about them: Amy’s passion for her ideals and dreams! And her cheerful optimism!
Least favorite thing about: How Amy can be a bit short-sighted due to her passion.

Some people may be selfish like the Professor said… but they’re basically good, if they try their best and never give up on their wishes. They always have a reason to be happy. brOTP: Honey and Amy. I love the idea of her signature dress coming from the Dreamcast Line, and them being fashion buddies. Amy and Knuckles is also a great friendship I wish was explored more. I loved their interactions and dynamic in Archie Sonic Universe.
OTP: Sonamy. I know, typical, but I’m attached. Blazamy is also a favorite!
nOTP: Uh… Tailsamy? I don’t know the ship name but apparently it’s a thing.
Random headcanon: Objects in the Sonic universe can be stored in a magical, spiritual realm, which Amy has dubbed Hammerspace. Amy has mastered this ability more than any other. Other characters have been able to store Chaos Emeralds and such in this realm, but Amy is an expert at magic and is far less worn out by storing and taking objects from it. Amy will eventually become a master at this ability, and be able to summon all kinds of magical weapons (usually giant hammers with unique power-ups) and gear to fight in battle. Similar to Erza from Fairy Tail, except the armor is more practical and less… um… gross, but still flowery and cute. With her tarot cards and spells, she becomes a mage to be reckoned with! She gives Shadow a run for his money when it comes to her control over Chaos energy!
This is sort of canon, but it was pretty much only brought up once in a CD manual so it’s kinda headcanon territory: Amy believes she and Sonic are meant to be together because of a fortune-reading she did with her tarot cards when she was younger. She had no idea who he was before this. At first, her feelings were basically her just fulfilling what she believed to be an unavoidable destiny, but she’s genuinely fallen for him.
Unpopular opinion: I don’t know if it’s unpopular, but I never see it mentioned. Amy should be more of a peach pink like on the left, not a hot pink, like on the right:
I also think Sega has gone too far listening to critics when it comes to Amy. It’s cool that Amy is more mature now, but Sonic Boom and Team Sonic Racing is a good example of how not to do it. When did she become the mom friend, at least to that extent? Amy’s not as impulsive as Sonic and more of a planner, but she craves adventure and thrills. She’s not this super cautious type. I mean, just look at this line!

Favorite Ships for Valentine Day :
Hi,
I wanted to do this post to celebrate valentine day in my own way. Why not just presenting my favorite ships? I don’t have many and I am not a huge shippers who’s life and death is lead by if two fictional characters will kiss or not, but shipping can actually be fun. So let’s go, and put them here!
Honey so Sweet - Nao x Taiga
I wanted to use only one picture per ship but the thing is, everything they do is always so cute, it’s hard to decide. This ship is just this. Cuteness and joy. The manga they are from is very basic as a shojo manga and its driving force is the art and the main couple who is, again, very adorable, making it one of my absolute favorite.
Orange - Kakeru x Naho
Another couple which despite the odds managed to find each other. Just seeing them together and happy make me happy. They suffered a lot but it was all worth it at the end.
Akatsuki no Yona - Hak x Yona
Ah I really wasn’t into this ship at the beginning. Watching terrible romance anime made me super protective of heroines at the time. Licking her fingers because they are covered of honey and other stuff like that aren’t welcome when the heroine isn’t aware of what is happening and I don’t care how much the male character “love her” he just shouldn’t do that. It’s cool to love someone but you know what’s better? Respecting them.
I didn’t have any expectation for Hak because if anything I learnt that male character, especially in shojo manga, get away with everything as long as their past is sad enough and their feelings for the heroine, strong enough.
But Hak surprised me when he decided to “stop his jokes”, stopping to touch Yona inappropriately at all and shown that as well as loving her, he admired her strength. With time he avoided every trap that male character like him fall into.
And for Yona, her crush on Hak evolved in a believable way, and without noticing I found myself shipping them like everyone else in the fandom. Good writing really make everything tasteful, especially something I didn’t expect to like this much.
(Now if you follow the manga, idk why Kusanagi-sensei seem to be scared to make them a couple because of the end of the manga and it’s regrettable because both Hak and Yona are interesting characters and having them act like a couple would’ve been interesting to watch)
Hataraku Saibou - NK cell x Kiler T
So everyone ship AE3803 withb U1146 so what about showing some originality here?
I just like the idea that those two idiots who fight all the time would get used to each other presence. They are like Kabakura and Hanako from Wotakoi to me.
Free! - Makoto x Rei
People will look at me weird for this one, just because I don’t enter in everyone’s little case of ship. I remember that for this ship I saw a fanart on zerochan and thought it was cute, but what made me really love them together was the potential that we never got to see bloom outside of the first season. No matter what I really like them together, even years after. Also an artist on pixiv really draw them well so it just make me happier!
Mario - Luigi x Daisy
The OTP of my childhood. And since I shipped them as a kid I don’t have much reason to add beside that they would look, good together and if Nintendo ship tease them, I still would appreciate to see them actually intimate instead of just descriptions describing them as such.
Mario - Mario x Peach
Just marry already!
The Legend of Zelda - Link x Malon
Another one I got interested only since recently because of all the Zelda videos I watched. OOT was my first Zelda and I imagine that Link finishing his day at Malon’s side would be cute. Too bad Malon herself doesn’t get much character in the game since she is a side character, but it’s still cute to think about.
KHR - Spanner x Shoichi
I am very surprised that it took me all this time to remember theses two while they were one of my first ship in anime and manga. I just love them together? Nerds being nerds. We don’t get much cute art with those two sadly...
Osomatsu san - Osomatsu x Ayane
A very indulgent oc x canon here, the art made by my friend @fantommmmmmm . I didn’t find anyone to ship Oso with and Ayane is born like that. Since she made a lot of progress and became her own person, even if the story she appear in is still a romance. I just want them both to be happy. Ayane just matter as much as she wasn’t my creations to begin with to me.
Osomatsu san - Choromatsu x Dayoko
A canon ship where, for once, one of the matsu receive the love he receive so I have no choice but to give love to this ship too! Art made by the captain of this ship, @redwylde
And I think I will stop there. If I have more idea I will just add more later.

Maya doesn’t know what to do. She says so. “I don’t know what to do.”
Farkle’s frown gets tighter. She didn’t mean to make him upset–or maybe he already was upset, she doesn’t know. She doesn’t know how he can feel anything but cold. The airport is so fucking cold. They’ve been sitting there for hours, Maya’s hand shaking even in the fingerless gloves she’s wearing. Farkle isn’t wearing any gloves, though, and his hands are steady. Odd.
“There’s nothing you can do,” he says softly. His hand twitches, as if he’s about to reach over to the seat next to him. He probably itches to hold Zay’s hand, but Zay left a few minutes ago to get them both coffee refills. She knows Farkle itches, because she itches. She itches, itches, itches. But Riley won’t be back in the chair beside her.
“This isn’t goodbye, Peaches. It’s a ‘see you later.’”
The chair across from her creeks as Farkle leans forward toward her. She looks down, finding the laces on her shoes particularly interesting. The silence is so uncomfortable–she isn’t okay. She knows it. Farkle knows it. So she just says, “London is 4,000 miles away, you know.”
There’s a pause, and Farkle says, “Yes, you said.”
She did, didn’t she? 4,000 miles isn’t that far. 4,000 miles is a breeze. 4,000 miles is–
“It’s 4,000 miles, Riles.”
“So what are you saying?”
“Maybe we’re better off if this is goodbye.”
“… Maya–”
“Riley, don’t. I can’t do this.”
“But–”
“You’re going to miss your flight.”
4,000 miles is a lot.
Farkle reaches forward, and she grabs onto his hand like a lifeline. She’s drowning and he’s a buoy; not exactly the life boat she was looking for, but she’ll take it. She grips his hand in both of hers and breathes deeply, concentrating all her effort into counting the fibers of the carpet beneath them. “It’s okay to cry,” Farkle says quietly.
So she does.
