Jack and his family were staying in a beach house [redacted]. This girl came with them. So she isn’t a random hook up. Unless he picked her up at the airport but by the way he was all over her I doubt that’s the story. When they were outside and it was just the two of them it was pure couple stuff, but if his brothers were around she became one of them. I don’t know if she’s trying too hard or if she’s just that in with them.

Hi Mao! Im not sure if this has been requested before but like y/n who is best friends with Karasu, Otoya, and Yukimiya. Sooner or later Karasu and Otoya find out that y/n has a crush on Yukimiya (who may or may not know who knows) and try to help them get together.

-ever since you first met Yukimiya, Karasu and Otoya, all of you became best friends pretty much immediately
-at first you only spent time with them in school, but after a few weeks Karasu started asking to hang out after school and on weekends, so you got even closer with them
-sleepovers!!! Lots of them
-most of the time you're at Karasu's place because he has the biggest room. Most of the time you watch movies or YouTube videos on his TV while you just talk
-random late night deeptalks!!
-Karasu is the first to notice you have a crush on Yukimiya. He literally notices it before you realize it by yourself
-Karasu always organizes the sleepovers in a way that'll end up with you and Yukimiya sleeping next to each other
-one morning, you wake up and the way Yukimiya is sleeping next to you, sunshine across his face makes you realize you're in love with him
-Yukimiya is the first one to return home from the sleepover, which gives you the chance to tell Karasu and Otoya about yout crush
-Karasu responds with "That's why I made you sleep next to each other" and you're like "How did you know???"
-Karasu starts listing all the small reasons why he had noticed your feelings for Yukimiya and it gets you a little embarrassed because how did Karasu realize before you did?
-Otoya didn't necessarily expect it, but he isn't surprised by it either
-they really want you to confess to Yukimiya, but you're way too scared of him rejecting you and the possibility of ruining the friendship
-Otoya and Karasu promise to not tell Yukimiya anything, but they secretly make plans together on how they can set up you and Yukimiya
-sometimes you do karaoke together, and whenever there's a love song Otoya and Karasu make you and Yukimiya sing that together. That actually happens to often, there's one specific song you don't even need the lyrics for anymore
-Yukimiya is a bit clueless about everything, but the way the others make him get closer to you, makes him develop a bit of romantic feelings for you as well, and they only continue growing over time
-your and his feelings grow over time and there's so much romantic tension between you all the time, Karasu and Otoya can barely stand keeping it to themselves. They really want to tell you to start dating already, but they don't because they've promised you that they wouldn't
-it takes TWO MONTHS until you and Yukimiya finally confess to each other and start dating
-Karasu literally throws a small party to celebrate that and (badly) decorated a storebought cake with lots of sprinkles in your and Yukimiya's favourite colours. He also wrote "Yukimiya x (Y/N)" on it with frosting
-that one love song you always sang during karaoke together??? It's your relationship song now and Yukimiya has given you a nickname based on it

i have alot so im just gonna dump them all here
oh jeez where to start
-asexual taylor and ben
-unlabeled ashlyn
-bisexual aiden and gay logan
-tyler has intense internalized homophobia but is probably gay
-tyler and ashlyn probably have really similar music taste
-tyler got into indie and rock music in his middleschool years (and probably had a very minor emo phase)
-taylor has really mixed music taste but through tyler she knows a weird amount of lyrics to random songs he listens to all the time i think thats funny
-if you shuffled aidens playlist its the most mixed thing ever you cannot name a genre for it
-aiden also probably listens to his music at full volume casually
-logan listens to things like cavetown no i dont take criticism
-taylor is a morning bird and tyler has the worst sleep schedule known to man she is constantly dragging him out of bed
-(i have so many thoughts about the twins)
-tyler is probably often favored over taylor, and she tries not to let it get to her because she loves her brother but damm!! she isnt just “tylers twin!!” tyler knows about this and feels shitty
-ashlyn knows sign language because of often going nonverbal in youth and ben asked her to teach him
-logan really admires tyler but is too scared to say it
-taylor has lots of interest in music and singing but never went after it
-logan is far tougher than he looks hes just a kind soul
-taylor also played like the clarinet in 6th grade and loved it but quit
-ashlyn accidentally sits/steps on her braids all the time. every day
-ashs favorite holiday is thanksgiving for the food and she is the only one in the group with that sentiment. everyone else loves halloween
-aiden’s love language is gifts. he buys his friends stuff all the time and theyre like “WHAT why how MUCH WAS THIS” and hes just “:]”
-aiden also wears eyeliner. silly goose
-he tried teaching ben how to wear eyeliner and it didnt go well
-aiden has the loudest most disruptive sneeze ever
-ashlyn has a ton of inside jokes with her dad and they would always tell each other to shut up after sneezing (affectionately) and so she just instinctively tells aiden to shut up after aforementioned sneeze
-aiden and taylor were warrior cats kids and bonded over this
-ben and aiden go ice skating!! they have fun racing around on the ice
-ben has a competitive side
-aiden and taylor are also really good at volleyball. Idk man they’re Pals
-taylor braids her hair out of nervous habit she wants to braid ashlyns hair
-ashlyn misplaces her stuff all the time she gets it from her mom
-(this is simply because me and my sister did it when we were little) the twins used to make their own little dance routines to music and perform it for their parents and it was really silly and cute and theres a video somewhere of them doin a little dance together

hi! i’m star/starzz. (online name, my real name doesn’t go online)
i decided to make a small introduction, as well as organize my blog more. so, this is the post for that!
as for the introduction. my fandoms are hazbin hotel, bsd, death note, fnaf, and gravity falls but im into a whole bunch of other stuff too.
i absolutely love music, i’m listening to music right now. i’m always listening to music every second i can. and some artists i like are sir chloe, conan gray, matt maltese, the smiths, mcr, msi, MITSKI, green day, frank sinatra, melanie martinez, tv girl, and the neighborhood. my music taste could be put under the spotify category of “alt” or “indie” ig? any post i make about music, song lyrics, analysis, anything, will be posted under the #starzz music shop tag.

This is from an au created by @bonkdd, but i did rob and andrew's designs bc i never saw his designs for them. i also added a lot of lore and plot stuff because i really liked the concept. in simple terms the tallies are robots that were abandoned by Marvin after he passed away so now they're falling apart n stuff without him to care for them (that's why rob hides his face). Anyways, huge thanks to Bonk for the original idea! They're a great artist, you should go check them out!

Did an embossing peice. It's the Mojo Chessmaster! I tried by best to make it as detailed as possible, and I think I did pretty alright. The neck was probably the worst part to do. Below are close-ups
the head of the guitar was a pain in the ass.
This part was also pretty tricky but it came out okay. the dials at the bottom are raised as much as I could get them to go, so I'm not worried about them. My issue here was the pickups.
I also added Flansburgh's little signature guy but i drew his hair because why not? Anyways this piece took me a good hour or so to finish, I think it'll fetch a good grade (it was for my metal design class).
I'll add a sketch I just did as a bonus:
it's from a tally hall fanfic/au i made back in may after my grandpa passed away. It was a great stress-reliever and I still really like how it turned out. It's about cryptids and monsters and shit. I'll post a summary on a different post because this one was mostly for the drawings. I might post a few installments of it on my ao3. It could be a weekly thing since i usually have time on fridays to write.
Once again, a close-up is available below.
I put literal hours of research on cryptids and of the area (ann harbor, MI) while writing this fic. It was fun though, and it helped me a lot. Feel free to ask me anything about the plot or world-building !

literally every single one,, before getting this account back a few months ago it was the only way i interacted w people in the fandoms so 🤷♀️ sometimes it might take a week tho but i try to be quick

i don’t tend to do angst endings? like even in darker angsty fics i usually twist it so it’s like dubcon happy at the end 🥴🥴 sooo maybe either no grave can hold my body down or can i steal a kiss or two? or even choices made in anger

liiiiiterally any other fic i’ve ever written lmao

not often? BUT i usually do fluff fics and when i started dabbling in darker stuff that’s when i got more hate - specifically on one fic in particular

i’ll always finish my wips bc i can’t stand to see them unfinished,, but it’s been like three years since i first said i was going to write my sci-fi dystopian jaytim fic and im still not past the first paragraph :/

i think i’m good at dialogue and catching accents and nailing personalities pretty quick,,

i’m so fucking slow. if nothing else, watching people write for cod on here has shown me how quick everyone else seems to be able to write :’)
and also with longer fics i’ve gotten into the (bad) habit of leaving out like integral details that i assume the reader will just know bc ive been too in my own head about it all and ive forgotten what i’ve established already; leads to decisions looking like they’ve come out of nowhere or random personality changes
18. thoughts on dialogue in another language?
i’ve attempted it but i have to google translate it so i try to keep it to a minimum and ask for correction in the comments. sometimes i do it italicised but written in english so readers can understand that it’s meant to be another language but dont have to skip to the bottom notes or another tab to understand what’s being said

idk if i’ve got a favourite,, in hindsight a lot of the ones i think about most fondly are the ones that absolutely killed me off when writing so i’ve got real rose tinted glasses about them all. however these are few that should get honourable mentions just because i like them and they didn’t pop up earlier

genshin impact fanfiction. this might be too broad but im gonna count it bc i have read so many good fics that have changed my brain chemistry and i will dissect every single one of them for you
dream smp. unfortunately. tbh this would just be reminicsing about the fun ive had in like 2020-2022 in the fandom. the hype, the lore, the fan reactions. i would probably also go on a technoblade tangent
nine aetharia. i got into their music in 2019 because of the good omens fandom and have stuck with their channel ever since. i know every song they have posted there since then, including deleted videos and changed lyrics. ive analyzed every song and know as much lore about them and the behind the scenes stuff as possible. honestly i should probably calm down bc this is almost getting stalkerish but im kind and respectful and too scared to talk to the creator so its. probably fine ahahaha
cytus 2 but not the whole thing. like i can tell you random character facts but forget whole chunks of the actual story. i still remember enough lore to talk for an hour tho
LOLITA FASHION. HOW DID I FORGET ABOUT THIS UNTIL NOW. i will explain everything and just. go off about different outfits people have put together. and ones i want to make. and different brand releases and my thoughts and opinions about them. someone please let me talk about lolita for an hour uninterrupted
honourable mention goes to fear and hunger, i like it a lot but dont know enough lore/havent played it enough (im bad at the game) to confidently talk about it for so long. same goes for honkai lore, ive only played honkai 3rd up to thus spoke apocalypse before getting busy and losing interest (just from not playing it for a while). i would probably still be able to talk abt them for a while tho lol

So I see lots of The Mechanisms reblogs from you on my dash and guess I can ask you. How do I get started with them? There seems to be a looot of content and im intimidated, but they seem fun
HELLO! i just got into the mechanisms myself tbh but I can share some valuable (debated) wisdom!!!
You are correct! There is a lot of content and that can be intimidating. I myself haven't even listened to all the songs yet. I'd recommend starting basically whereever you want. Each album seems to be pretty self-contained as far as I can tell, so there's no penalty to skipping around. I personally started with a video of a live performance (honestly kinda recommend if you want to get the Vibes) The one i watched was The Revenge of Starport Mahron (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=9eYALygp32w) and it also contains some backstories of characters! Overall, not a bad starting point. Also the mechanisms have a website (https://themechanisms.com/) that has various fictions/written stories and also introductions to all (most of?) the characters!
As for actual songs, there's videos on YouTube, I'd recommend the voidsings lyric videos because they have lyrics, but you could go through the offical mechanisms stuff just as easially. If you are going to listen to songs from the narrative albums, (once upon a time in space, high noon over camelot, ulysses dies at dawn, the bifrost incident) I recommend listening in order (in the least number of sittings possible) the first time just so you can experience it as intended! (or watch a live show of them performing it for extra vibes). If you don't have the time, there's like 3? albums of more random works (tales to be told volumes 1 and 2, and the Supplementals). Other than that, have fun and check out the mechanisms tag here on Tumblr, there's a rather active community and there's a bunch of cool arts and stuff!
You don't have to be intimidated btw. You can just do whatever you want forever. You do not have to take any of my advice. Welcome to this madness
