Loki has had many 'would be princes and princesses' but nothing was ever real. I think that what he had with slyvie is real.

In Loki's life on the scared time line, loki craves to be Thor's equal. He wants to be respected like thor and he thinks a way to get this is by being in power or having a throne. But loki was willing to give that lust for a throne up for slyvie. He told Slyvie 'i don't want a throne, I just want you to be ok'.

Additionally, loki is a very independent man, but in episode 5, when loki sitting on the grass with slyvie and they shared that lucky blanket, he told Slyvie 'maybe when this is over, we can figure things out together'. Slyvie was the first person loki wanted to do things together with. She is the first person he wants to give up a throne for. She is the only person he trust. Loki told the other Loki varients that slyvie needs him. Loki never felt needed in asgard but slyvie made him feel needed. Slyvie doesn't deserve the hate she is getting 🙁

out of her timeline she is the only one left alive. She grew up alone running up and down, the TVA hunted her like a dog. I know she shouted at loki but it because she has no social skills. She said it herself she has no friends, she has no one. But she learned how to relax around loki. She asked loki for a change of outfit. She told loki her armour is uncomfortable. She feels comfortable and loved by loki. I know loki fans wants someone to love loki like a gentle delicate teddy bear but slyvie has been hurt and hunted her whole life, she needs to be loved by someone too in order to learn how to love. And I believe loki can give her that love and help her . They will learn how to love each other.

I don't think there is anyone perfect for loki, I don't think there is anyone perfect for anyone. Nobody is perfect but I think that slyvie is good for loki.

Prince🤴 and princess 👸

Running around across space and time made me (Sylvie) very poor, without friends or anyone. The enemy (timekeepers) are always waging a strong war against me. I have to work hard to keep safe, work hard to eat, I have to suffer and run. But meeting this handsome man, this prince who admired that and told me 'i am amazing' make me feel good.

He sang for me 'sylvie' on the first date. Only Disney princes do that. I don't think he has ever sung for anyone. He was drunk but it still romantic 🥰.

First Date on the train....He talked about his mother..he clearly loves her very much. I don't think he has ever shown this vulnerable side of himself to anyone.
