Admin Kou here, it’s been awhile. A long while at that. Both admins honestly just got busy with our lives and the haikyuu kingdom just.. died. Years passed since the day you left your bestfriends your first year of high school, seven to be exact. You were in college, working and doing good with your life. Always focusing on school and work you never had time to have a boyfriend, too much work you thought.
You had been working at a local bakery for almost 2 and a half years, since your freshman year of college. Senior now, graduation was coming up and you were ready to be done with school and to start your life. Wiping the counters a familiar face came in, a face that looked so foreign and barely recognizable.
“____? _____ _____?” he said staring at you with wide olive colored eyes. “Ha-Hajime?” you said tossing the rag into he back and walking towards him“H-hi, yeah it’s me.” he said giving you a gentle smile.“There it is.” you thought “Theres that smile that I fell in love with the first time.”
“Y-you look great.” he said scratching the back of his neck“Thanks, you do too.” you said smiling, the smile he broke.
Suddenly, everything flooded into your head, the years you took forgetting everything was thrown away because you remembered everything. Your smile disappeared and your eyes went dark. Turning around you started to get back to work. He noticed the difference in your face and knew that it was because you remembered everything. “I’m.. I’m still sorry.. about everything..” he said, his voice getting louder towards the end.You stopped in your tracks and without looking back, “And you’re forgiven.” you said walking to the back. “Why did you leave me?! Why did you just get up and leave?! You left me! And Oikawa! Why?!” he yelled putting his tray of bagels down.
Shivers went down your spine as you turned around and glared at him, him backing up at the contact. “Me? Why did I leave? Why do you think I left?” you asked, quietly and calmly. “Because of me snapping at you? Right?” he asked, lowering his voice because there was someone staring at both of you.“Not just because you snapped at me, Iwaizumi..” He flinched at the use of his last name.“Not just because of that, but because I was in love with you and you were my bestfriend, you didn’t believe me, do you know how hurt I was? The love of my life, not believing me. It was a one-sided love, and I couldn’t take it anymore, but you just snapping at me put the icing on the cake. So I left, I ran away from my problems hoping they wouldn’t catch up to me in the future, but here you are, right in front of me, great plan right?” you sarcastically laughed and sighed.
Iwaizumi hung his head, he wanted to hug you, to kiss you, to love you, but it didn’t look like you wanted his love anymore. “Do you… Do you still lo–” he was interrupted by you
“Love you anymore? Is that what you were going to say? *scoffs* Figures, come to me when I’m not there when its convenient for you. Wheres Airi? Broke up with her because of what happened? Have you dated anyone since what happened?” you asked, putting your hand on your waist.
“No.. I’ve only thought of you since then, I.. I just, I realized my love for you after you left. When you weren’t by my side like you had been since childhood, when we couldn’t find you.” he admitted to your surprise. “Well, its a bit too late.. I have a boyfriend..” you muttered looking away.Iwaizumis head lifted and he looked at you, hurt.. Very hurt. “Oh, is that so…” he said looking at his feet.“Yes. And I am very happy.” you said, still lying.Thinking “No, please fight for me. Fight for me. I’m being stubborn, fight for me! Please!”
“Well.. Thats good.” he said, hesitantly… Looking up he smiled at you. Thinking “Please, no, I still love you, tell me you want to be with me.
“Yeah..” you said slowly inhaling.“But you’re lying and I know it.” he said looking in your eyes.
You looked up at him and he fast walked over to you and hugged you.
“Stop lying, are you happy? Are you really in a relationship?” He asked tightening his hug. You slowly brought your hands up and set them on him back.
“I… I don’t have a boyfriend, I’m not happy, and I still…. I still love you.” you said looking at him.
“I tried to get over you, I left and I never went back, I tried to shut you out and all of the thoughts that flooded my head, and I was doing so good, I never thought about you like before and now as I look at you, everything is coming back, all of the feelings from the one-sided love, the feelings when you yelled at me, and.. the feelings of you loving her and not me.” at this point, you were hyperventilating and crying.
All Iwaizumi could do was to hug you, to rub your back, and to regret what he did to you. “Hajime, you idiot..” he thought as he rubbed your back and took in the sounds of your cries.

sorry i have been inactive! I’ve been flooded with so much homework and haven't had the time to write! :| #collegelife -admin kou
Needs hours for studying because he likes to procrastinate.
HAS to put his phone on silent or Oikawa will see it as an opportunity to talk to him on the phone or text him.
Is a wooden pencil user rather than a mechanical pencil.
When he gets frustrated while doing homework, he’ll end up snapping the pencil in half, which is why he uses wood pencils.
Will text Makki and Mattsun in a group chat asking how to do the question he got stuck on.
Likes to eat fruit while doing literature and history.
Likes to eat vegetables when doing math or science.
Often has to stop because his siblings need help.
Even if he has a lot to do and he doesn't want to do it, he will get it done, and he doesn't half-ass his answers, even if it doesn't say it, he’ll still show all of the work.
Works better in the heat, and likes bro tanks when studying and stuff,
