Sorry for not uploading anything for so long. I will not upload anything even longer… my physical health is declining and thus my depression relapsed. I just don't have enough willpower to do anything more than bare minimum needed to just exist.

RIP, CmarNYC

I’m very sad to report that Sims 3 and 4 creator CmarNYC passed away in October 2023. For 15 years, Simmers benefited from Cmar’s long-honed computing skills as she created much-loved modders’ and players’ tools, including the Sims 3 and 4 MorphMakers and Skininators, the TS4 SimRipper, the Sims 3 XCAS core mod, and many CAS sliders. She was also a contributor to S4PE, which likely was used by creators you rely on. Without Cmar’s work, the Sims franchise would have had a much less rich array of mods and custom content. She will be greatly missed.

As well as Sims, Cmar loved cats, and donations are suggested to the ASPCA, the TinyKittens Society, or an animal-related charity near you.

Hi, I was trying to change my world order using your tutorial and I keep getting an error message. Do you know how to fix it? System.Xml.XmlException: Name cannot begin with the '<' character, hexadecimal value 0x3C. Line 17, position 10.

Hm, there is prolly messed something in code, as the error said - on line 17. I would need the file or code to say more

this time focusing on pets that are not created in CAS - rabbits, foxes, llamas, cows, chicks, hens, roosters, mini goats, mini sheeps and dolphins

I don't know why I didn't think about it. I will try to re-do Stand Still In CAS to fix a distortion to feet that happens with some shoes and it will be a great opportunity to use that too, thank you!

Hi I am a bit confused on how to install magic bots teeth for the growing together update. I Put all the default alpha teeth and the extra alpha teeth in my mods folder and also the [ 11+13 ] [MB] Default + Additional alpha teeth in my mods folder too. But the growing together teeth are still the ea maxis teeth. Am I doing something wrong? Also are there any teeth for infants thanks :)

this is fix only for the look that children are getting when the tooth fall out. It will not appear in CAS

How that works:

Changes random townies and CAS randomizer names to those of english version. Also available with no City Living / Island Living / Snowy Escape / etc. names (nowhere, none in Sulani, Mt. K, etc.)

All avaible names are from maxis, and all from english version. Should works for all randoms - sims, dogs, cats, foxes, robots, familiars, etc.

This will not affect existing townies!! Only new generated ones!!

My region sort tuning + mini-tutorial to do your own!

So... in the [senni]RegionSortTuning you will find *.package file with a region sort as follow:

Tutorial part:

You can also make your own region sort tuning. You will need sims4studio and a text editor i. e. notepad or (better) notepad++ but simple windows notepad will do too

So, step by step...

0. First download sims4studio at sims4studio.com and file XML_FILES_RegionSortTuning.zip form here. Unzip XML_FILES_RegionSortTuning.zip and then open sims4studio

1. click on "tools" then "extract tuning" and wait a little bit. 2. then search for Client_RegionSortTuning

3. choose RegionSort/Client_RegionSortTuning 4. and click "add to current package. Program will show you the window to choose a directory and name for yours new file

5. We will only need a Sim Data type so click on Tuning 6. and then "delete" 7. and comfirm with "ok"

8. find [_CLEAR_]545AC67A!0057C8BA!4975267B03EE62E8.Client_RegionSortTuning.SimData.xmlOR545AC67A!0057C8BA!4975267B03EE62E8.Client_RegionSortTuning.SimData.xml on your computer and right click it

(i'm reccomending the '[_CLEAR_]' one because I don't know how game will react with comments in code. Don't mind diffrent file in screens, I made them before coming with and idea of clear-without comment version)

9. Choose "Notepad" or "Notepad++" and change the order of

records (i.e.

after changing the order save the file

10. Go back to sims4studio and click "import" then choose your edited file 11. then "save"

12. and you're done! Remember to copy your file to the mod directory! ../documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Maxis' high res feet - default override both frames/genders, all ages

So I can't remember when and how but I found maxis' high res feet in game files. I remembered that my friend @anhaeyn ones was looking for something like that so I made a default replacement of them. No clue why maxis uses them only to present toes' nailpolish…

It wasn't that easy as I hoped it will be but I made them and they works so I think everything is ok? They looks weird in CAS but I found out that this is the case for all feet, dunno why.

Hello.

Your male body presets show up in CAS but disappear once in game.

Hi,

I am aware of this problem but I don't know what is causing this. One of my suspects is MCCC because since I'm not using it I didn't got this bug and I'm using my presets often. But it's only a theory, not a certain solution. I can't replicate this bug and I don't know what is causing it.

If someone has any ideas feel free to let me know. I will be really grateful

Sure. You didn't specify if you meant face close up only or hands close up or both so I have done both. In seperate files so you can choose to use only one of them or both at once. face close up only: [ SFS ] [ GD ] hands cole up only: [ SFS ] [ GD ]

Sorry for being offline for so long. I will be offline even longer because I'm really sick. I am sleeping most of the time and my brain is simply not working properly. My chest is hurting because of coughing and I'm worried that my astma will get worse after all of that. I'm literally awake only around 3-5 hours a day.

If only I was able to have dreams then it wouldn't be that bad... but well... this sickness could be worse from what I heard form others.

remember to keep yourself warm so you will not get sick too
