I lost 7lbs this week and this is what I did:
Sunday (after a 34 hour fast)- metabolism day! Try to eat small portions at meal times and be sure to exercise. This helps your metabolism stay semi normal when you’re restricting. Start fasting as soon as you are done your last meal. Up to 500 cal.
Monday-Fast for at least 24hrs, eat 100-200 cal, fast again.
Tuesday-100 cal
Wednesday-100-200cal
Thursday-up to 300 cal, then start fast immediately
Friday-Fast
Saturday-Fast (52hrs)
**make sure to drink LOTS of water, and I have been taking magnesium supplements to help metabolism as well**
