I've almost lost all the weight I put on!! i've been restricting so much and have been working out like a mad man but I'm glad it's paying off!!
i gained a lot of weight that i lost.
yesterday, i was on the treadmill i got super angry at myself bc i could've been losing more weight but i'm just working to lose weight that I already lost?? if i just had self-control i could've been at one of my goal weights by now :((

It’s so annoying because I know by experience that the only thing that works to stop binging is to eat as normal as possible again, but I’m already so deep in the “I should ⭐️ve myself” mindset” & not eating proper meals is second nature for me. I fight what I already know and go on fasts or restrict too low knowing how it’s gonna backfire, I just don’t feel good enough eating normal, but I always come back to this point. Not left with other choice but try again, try eating proper breakfast, lunch & dinner again despite how gross it feels. I’m gonna have to do it yet again, go on a “pseudo-recovery” phase, knowing that it’s actually bc I want to be able to restrict again…

my brain literally feels like a dumpster fire. i heavily restrict and ★ve for like a week max and i think, "yup, i've finally cracked it. i'm gonna be able to do this forever now." and then boom, the next week i eat like a pig and am back to my starting point. I can't live like this anymore :(

I hate saying "I'll start Monday" cause then it gives me an excuse to be a pig during the weekend, but I seriously have to start Monday since Saturday and Sunday will be SUCH busy days for me and I won't have time to focus on exercising or on my ED (which makes no sense ik I'll be busy which therefore means I'll be too busy to eat, but not in this case).
