I have been forced into recovery for a few days..
I gained a little, (3kg š) so Iāll have to try extra hard to get back on track, and hide it.
Does anyone have any tips on how to hide your ED while ārecoveringā?

A thing about EDs that I donāt see many people talk about is how obsessed you can get with it. Not food, but the disorder itself.
I, for example am constantly on EDtwt or EDblr or listening to ED songs. I constantly want to talk about Ana. Yet I canāt, because Iāll be forced into recovery. Still, everything is about Ana in one way or another.
I donāt talk about my intake or what I ate and just food in general, not my body either. Just the disorder is taking up all the space in my mind.
Anyone else or am I just being Autistic?
