let not talk abt how ive been emotional eating ALL WEEK. probably gained weight.. have to check when im home alone tmrw bc i dont own a scale so i have to sneak and use my parents.. fasting with only water tmrw and on a 200 cal deficit for the next day..
i am going to get back on track.

distractions for binging/eating:
psa: these are just ones i myself use you do not have to use these
1) read
2) movies
3) text/call friends
4) do your nails, makeup, hair wtvr
5) pinterest
6) my go to and fav/most effective one is scroll on tumblr
7) clean (ew ik but wtvr)
8) go for a drive (i can’t drive but i make my sister or mom take me)
9) go to the store (i love going to target)
10) online shop (or if ur like me online window shop aka add shit you cant afford to ur cart)

Tips of not binging pleasee! Been struggling for a year now
as much as this sucks to hear its all abt self control at the end of the day.. BUT heres some things that help
1) fasting apps (my all times fav is called fasty and its free, no adds, and super simple to use) saying im fasting really helps not eating become sm easier and helps w binges bc id the guilt i feel when having to hit “end fast”
2) distractions (ill make a seperate post abt this as well) but basically find things that distract you from wanting to binge
3) motivation.. this can include reciting you fav “quotes” youve seen on tumblr some i use are:
will you be happy after eating this
you can be sad and fat or sad and skinny
your body counts calories even if you dont
no one is FORCING you to eat
you are someones hw
etc etc etc
thats all i can think of but theres are so many post explaining how to avoid binges as well :)
its also important to have days called meta days or metabolism days where you eat like 1k-2k ish cals to help not slow you metabolism and also to help curve your bodies want to binge

Hey! Any advice on how to start my own acc for ed tumblr, like first post, things i need to keep in mind etc etc?
hey! :) ive had quite a few accounts so ill basically js tell you everything i do whwn i make an account
1) i start w designing my account, picking out a pfp, banner, username, color scheme for my profile etc
2) follow tags!! since you found my account id recommend going through my page clicking on the tags i use and follow them.. from there accounts that have used those tags will show and you can follow them!
3) id make a masterpost as your first post but thats just me! a masterpost is basically an intro, you can put ur name, stats, interests.. literally anything you want
from there honestly post wtvr u want, id be careful w posting pics and writing graphic things bc tumblr loves to ban or t word people
some abbreviations you may want to know
hw- highest weight
lw- lowest weight
cw- current weight
gw- goal weight
ugw- ultimate goal weight
id also be careful when saying certain words, when typing ed related words id recommend abbreviating them or substituting letters for numbers/symbols so tumblr doesnt flag it
