I’m not an expert so I could be wrong on some of these but these are just some skincare tips I’ve gathered from reading a ton of articles and books. These are strictly just skincare routine tips but of course, diet and exercise are also very important when it comes to having a good skin.
10 step korean skincare: makeup remover + oil-based cleanser → water-based cleanser → exfoliator → toner → essence → serum → sheet masks → eye cream → moisturizer → sunscreen (not all are done every day)
apply skincare products while skin is damp for better absorption
dab or pat products instead of rub to prevent wrinkles and to prevent rubbing them off your face and onto your hands
massage face while cleansing to promote blood circulation by putting your hands in a fist and using the knuckles of your index and middle fingers to massage from underneath the cheekbones, up the sides of the nose, to the top of the forehead, and along the sides of the face for a minute or two
apply eye cream around the orbital bone and not directly below the eyelashes to prevent irritation and tap it on with your ring finger for less pressure
put on eye cream on other parts of the face where you also get wrinkles like around the mouth
layer toner on 3-7 times and wait for a minute before each layer to hydrate the skin
apply excess essence in sheet mask pouches to your neck, shoulders, and hands
don’t keep sheet masks on all night as they can soak moisture away from the skin if left longer than what the directions say
acne treatments are typically applied before moisturizer but consult with your dermatologist about it
if your acne treatment contains benzoyl peroxide wait for a minute before applying moisturizer for it to work better
apply sunscreen!!! and reapply every couple hours if you’re gonna be outside all day
use sunscreen that says ‘broad spectrum’ to protect your skin from both UVA and UVB rays

Negative Calories Diet
A negative-calorie food is food that requires more energy to be digested than its food energy content.
THE RULES ARE FOR 10 DAYS :
- you can eat only veggies and fruits with negative calories, there��s few of them just google it. Choose 2 or 3 max to make it a bit mono diet. I choose to eat only carrots and apples
- you can drink up to 3 cups of coffee with added skinny milk/soy/almond milk to get your proteins
- you need to drink at least 6 iced drinks a day, either tea or water no sugar added. Ice drinks require body to burn calories
- you can eat how much you want, whenever you get hungry. But ONLY your negative cal veggies
- 30 min of exercising or walking or dancing a day
It’s not an actual diet. I’ve made it myself and Im going to start from tommorow. If anyone wants to join me just messege me my lovelies ❤

Best Stomach Toning Workout
Planks! Planks tone your stomach so much, and pretty fast. I saw on Tumblr this plank routine that takes less than 5 minutes to do, and it helped my stomach tone up so much. I could see a big difference and my core was noticeably stronger about a week after I started doing it. The routine is: 1 minute of a plank in push up position 30 seconds of an elbow plank 15 seconds of a side plank on each side I do it 3 times a day, and it saved my life Thank you to the person who made that routine and posted it 💚

Foods that don’t “break your fast”
None of these foods or beverages count as “breaking your fast”, and are helpful when you need to fill up without doing so. (Hot liquids like tea or broth are especially good at satiating hunger.) Of course, many of these still contain calories, so don’t overdo it!!
Water (obviously)
Gum
Tea
Coffee
Sugar-free syrups in drinks, if you’re craving something sweet
Broth
Anything you can make in a Keurig machine
Diet soda
Apple sauce
Cucumber/ celery/lettuce (they’re like 99% water)
Feel free to add some I may have forgotten, and remember to stay safe! 😘
NOTE: since I’ve been mcfricken roasted about how these “actually break a true fast” and are “literally fucking sugar”, this list is meant for people with eds who fast excessively. I understand that healthy fasting is meant to give your system a break, but fasting for 48+ hours definitely doesn’t fit into that category. If someone needs to get their blood-sugar up because they’re going to pass out but refuse to eat because they don’t want to break their fast, then “literally fucking sugar” is a pretty damn good idea. If someone doesn’t want to break their fast but is having heart palpitations, then foods that would break a “true” fast are acceptable. I absolutely DO NOT ENDORSE eating disorders, nor would I ever wish someone to have one. I am simply giving people who are still sick or seeking help options and teaching them that eating is GOOD and keeps you alive. I don’t want anyone to hurt themselves simply because they refuse to break a 38-hour fast.
If you’re fasting for health, ignore this post. Even better, read the tags for the intended audience before you put in your two cents. I can’t believe I have to explain myself to you.

Fasting Tips
Fasting is hard. I just got done fasting for 42 hours (yay!) and it was sooo difficult. But because i now have control i’m going to fast again soon.
So i’d like to share my best tips on how to take control, stay in control, and fast.
NEVER EXERCISE WHEN FASTING!!
1. The first 12 hours are always the hardest. Distract yourself for the first 13 hours. yes 13 because by then the hunger pains will have subsided greatly. Read a book, watch movies. STAY AWAY FROM FOOD.
2. Drink diet soda when you’re stomach starts grumbling loudly and you feel super hungry. The carbonation will trick your mind and plus, the flavor will help you stay sane.
3. Chew sugar free MINT gum. The flavor will actually make your stomach feel at ease. It tricks your mind that you’re full. And i mean… who can actually eat something after that strong mint taste?
4. Brush your teeth every 6 hours. One, it’s keep your teeth hygienic and strong. And  same with the gum, the mint taste will make it harder to eat. And if people ask if you want food, you can tell them you just brushed your teeth so you can’t.
5. If you must eat dinner with your family; say you have a stomach ache, sore throat, or even that your heads hurts too bad and you should take a nap.  
6. If step 5 doesn’t work; hide the food. In your sleeves, down your shirt, in your pockets. feed it to the family pet. You can even do this trick i made up-
(Get a cup and fill it with a little bit of water. Put the food in your mouth and chew DON”T SWALLOW and every few bites act like you’re about to take a drink drink, but actually spit the food into the cup.)
7. If you fast for more than 36 hours and you feel faint; take a nap, drink diet soda, chew gum, or you can even chew food and spit it out.
8. Look at thinspo constantly. This way you won’t lose motivation.
9. Do your makeup and/or have a spa day.You deserve the self care. And this will make you want to look beautiful, thin, small, perfect. Search up clothes you’ll wear when you reach your goal weight.
10. Stand in front of the mirror naked. Remind yourself why you’re doing this.
STAY STRONG!!
If you can have enough control to say no, then you WILL reach your ultimate goal weight. Just keep going.
It’s going to be hard. But it will definitely be worth it.
