Total weight loss: 170 ➡️ 156 (14 lbs!!)
Final thoughts,
This one actually WORKS. Most of the weight loss happened in the first five days and the hunger only really bothered me on the third day. After a few days I didn’t even WANT to reach the calorie limit because I’d get so full after one small meal.

I got an ekg done so I can get my prescription for ADHD meds and then went to the beach and walked with my bf for a few hours. Got a nasty sunburn but i’m hoping it’ll make me tanner. I’m trying to meet the calorie goals for the diet but I’ve noticed that eating anything more than 300 cal makes me feel gross for the rest of the day ESPECIALLY if I don’t run.
