Some motivation of mine anyone?
It is actually very simple (again)… …once you observe some socio-emotional dynamics;
on a personal level, the character infers behaviour on a scale from:
my wealth is my wealth, my woes are your woes
(sociopathic), to
my woes are my woes, my wealth is your wealth
(altruistic).
I see this as something very basic, society-defining maybe, when observed with statistical significance. Now, just picture, in your mind's eye, a "sociopath" and an "altruist", let your natural generative intelligence draw pictures of those characters for you. Open your eyes; is your sociopath character deeply sad and looking sick*? Is your altruist character standardly cheerful and looking healthy**?
*and I'm not saying that sadness necessarily lacks beauty, I adore "goth" myself, just making an observation of difference
**and it may or may not be annoying to you, shaming you into moving your own character further towards altruism, or making you suspect your typical sociopathic deceit
Now my idea here is, this basic "metaphysical" ("spiritual") quality of sadness is a useful thing to evaluate for a culture that you come across, and that it places that culture accurately on the scale above. I claim that within a particular society, this property is reasonably consistent: no, altruists won't live across the street with sociopaths, not for too long for certain. I mean, a society balances itself around some default expectations of the default interpersonal intentions — and they don't have to be near those extremes of the Altruistic-Sociopathic scale, of course, but they will be significantly different for different societies' contexts.
On my personal note from my individual multicultural observations, this typical emotional state, :( :| :) on human faces on that society's "streets" reflect this A-S quality much better than, say, average people's actual wealth or woes.
So, with this quality being so profound in a culture, I don't think you can "explain", "mansplain" or even "womansplain" your basic active reasoning to "the other side" (far from you on the scale), any such understanding is something that, if at all possible, should grow on someone, given proper time, and, exactly like a physical change, at the younger age the better, of course. In some cultures, it's just polite to be sad, you know, being cheerful in the wrong context is an indecency!
Since Information Technologies, such as human language, are intrinsically connected with human emotions — including the emotion of sadness, the contemporary corporate IT, trying to accommodate as many users as possible, or more precisely, make that one User Interface so that as many people can be converted into their usage model actors (something primitive enough so their machines can regularly deal with, theoretically, at low cost, with minor human resource investment in maintenances).
Naturally, a minority's interests are being ignored, and it wouldn't be a surprise for you if I claim that "altruists" are an IT users' minority... ...so, sad sociopathic people need to be cheered up by colourful buttons, interrupting animations and childish style… so they don't mind being forced into elaborate protocols with machines, while being disconnected from even their closest human peers, with ever greater interaction policing.
I see an opportunity for IT of the other end of the scale. Let's not have those cheerful interfaces of sad people. Let's have our sad minimalistic interfaces instead, and if possible, with some automation, "look ma, no interface at all". Let's minimise the time people work with computer terminals, let's further minimise computer desk time, let's play outside more; who knows, it may even benefit our natural-cultural environment balancing or something. Let's put our human connections first, and extract useful (potentially, business) protocols from our natural interactions. Let's restructure our IT, so IT serves us first, and then, the interfaces to the sad people's corporate IT world will emerge by themselves as needed.

Platforms: Social, Societal or Socialistic (BS)
They sell you more connections, they claim they're connecting people, it may even seem to some that their communication circle grows when they use.
However, it's an illusion, a daze, you get to spend more time with the platform, and less -- with people. Yes, if you need to push anything, then, yes, social platforms -- or, nowadays, let's be honest, multi-user co-entertainment systems -- is an option for you, after all, their experienced users should fully expect being pushed something all the time.
Human connection: not so much, surface-level-tribalism exploitation: we have AI for that!

One thing to note about the struggles of the Jewish state: it is not a religious conflict. There were actual regional religious conflicts in the past, but Christians have long lost there. These days, it's a regular power struggle — with religion along with science playing their regular roles. It is no different from all the other power struggles happening around the world. If you're seriously invested in this particular one, either you come from the Middle East (and speak a `Semitic language) or you're just plain-ol'-good antisemitic.

And this is exactly why it is our mission, well... burden, to protect Israel, and to recruit allies for its protection. Inside out. Israel must be the world's permanent tattoo at the very centre of its belly, honouring the people of the Book, past and future, lived and fallen, personifying concept of "getting out of Africa" (and also, "respect for Africa") -- and reminding the goddamn Romans and "lesser colonies" (I mean Europeans and such) where their actual cultural roots are -- and those include origins of the primal civilisational institution of judicial system -- so they even have a chance to compete with Asians (this is not an euphemism, I said "compete") which... also have competing notions of many things, including justice.
And adding to the tragedy senselessness, disproportional and quite frankly either completely hypocritical or batshit loony attention of European people to what ze Jews are doing (for their own protection -- nevermind what's generally going on in the region) is the other side the same sick reasoning of the post-"alternative"-superpower leftie-sympathising Russia's appeasement suggestions.
Special notice of Ruzzia, as a imperialist-multi-culti-pretender-gone-straight-up-mass-murderer, which is no doubt connected to this in more than one way.

Israel's got stupid...
...and — alas — you can't hope to survive independently when you're small and stupid. And no, it turns out you can not solve everything with money — especially in the long term.
Just to mark the moment all hope was lost:
the smartest, the most talented, the most successful (not the same thing) acquaintances of mine (not religious, naturally) have long left the country
it's a democracy alright (a headless chicken running in circles), with hand-fed ultra-religious core and hierarchy-abiding orthodox majority
the society (and the state, naturally) has shown inadequate support of putting down the rabid bear whose name is currently "ruZZian fed'n"
yes, Ukraine has surprisingly mixed popularity among Jewish people, but that's beside the point, it's just an extreme short-sightedness which sits well with the local brew of National Socialism
the bubble of infrastructure / municipal / road works has got out of control
when you suddenly employ a lot of people in the same industry, the costs go up and the quality goes down, and when it's such an essential industry, you get perpetual resource drain and management corruption
p.s. No, I don't think there's a chance for any "Smart Israel" project, either in the Holyland, Uganda, or anywhere else — except in the virtual reality, probably, hmm.

I didn't manage to get a good shot, just try to imagine what I'm describing this which is happening right now before my eyes — as I'm sitting on a balcony of my Chiang Mai residence and a renovation of sorts (a whole floor is gone etc) is happening to a building identical to mine which was probably a part of the same vacation residence project — on an election day (no alcohol! and no real choice either I hear) — a middle-aged Thai lady — in a sun hat, white-red-blue striped blouse and sandals is hitting an exposed-reinforced-concrete supporting pillar with a sledgehammer, apparently trying to round the square column. Yay for ze democracy!
