It's been an arduous couple of months so I decided to reward myself by finally drawing Zephi/Charlie as the one meme. I get to draw mine and my friend's OCs as a treat oh boy.
I got a little sucked into the details, obviously. It was fun though! Interesting to study the painterly style of the original cover since I haven't really colored that way in like... almost a decade whoops.

And the second thing would be, I loved your series of stickers about The Owl House, especially the one about hunter and willow, I wanted to ask you if, with your permission of course, would you let me use one of those two so I can get a tattoo? It's just that I loved it to have it tattooed, I'm going to credit you without any problems. That's if you don't want me to use them, no problem, it doesn't bother me.

Leonora Ekaterina of DMP fandom fame commissioned me to make a tattoo of Fate Murder God? Which is VERY flattering to have someone be like "I want your OC on my body permanently"??
Anyway I basically decided to do a sequel of that one MG art from 2019 and I am very happy with the results! I'm very proud of Charlie's character arc but I can't deny Murder God was iconic in a way that wet cat Charlie Could Never

Oh hey btw here are my full pieces for @raedafanzine!
Originally I was going to do something completely different and the my brain went "do a sad thing about feeling like the person you love is on a pedestal out of your reach and do a stupid amount of detail and put Eda in like, an Utena inspired dress" and I went "bet."
I think my favorite part is the art nouveau inspired frame, particularly the part with the potion bottles.
Also, hey look, stickers!

Finally done with my second to last Owl House character charm!
This one is for Emperor Belos/Phillip Wittebane, aka my most problematic of faves. What can I say, I love a horrible manipulative bastard! He's just such a fascinating character, I could write about him forever.
Of course I wanted to feature both versions of his mask while showcasing the monster he is underneath both of them. Naturally The Knife and his journal also needed featuring, and I thought the little shadow puppets of Phillip and his brother help get the story across. We'll see how well those actually read when this prints as an acrylic charm...
Waffles design should hopefully be coming soon! I'm running pretty behind due to life stuff but I'm doing my best to at least have these done by the holidays, aaaa!

The Collector is finally done! Charm number two in my third #TheOwlHouse charm series!
I thought the focal point being our star kid's hands holding the stars would be a good way to express the sense of power/responsibility being... well, a Collector, seems to imply. Also it just looks cool. The coral type stuff is of course from Belos wrecking the Boiling Isles in the finale, the Titan bones are fairly obvious, and the book is from King's "bedtime story" in For The Future. Lastly, the Archives just appear because listen if a castle is just also A Cool Star Crown I have no choice but to feature it.
Once again this has taken longer than I'd like, BUT I'm very happy with how it turned out, especially the way the colors all ended up coming together!

Aaannd WAY later than originally intended I'm finally working on my third batch of Owl House charms! Haha rip they are already designed I have just been busy BUT HEY this works since Vee, the Collector and Belos aren't so much Palisman charms as they're just, y'know, themed.
ANYWAY RIGHT, Vee! Not so much to say on this one- I just think Vee's design is neat and I wanted a charm to express that. In the sketch I initially had her holding Masha's hand, but it just didn't end up working with the final piece sadly.
Oh well, it was still an excuse to do scale and fin textures, so I'm happy!

The whole pitch of this character playbook for the TTRPG is the Factotum is a particularly skilled servant sworn to work for one of the other PCs. She's also perhaps A LITTLE TOO into serving her Mistress. <3
Also, violin playing, good, pretty, love me an excuse to draw a pretty lady.
Not much more to say about this one, it was just fun to do!

Whoops I finished this commission over a month ago and my client loved it BUT I haven't actually posted it OH WELL FIXING THAT
This is Rizaalin, an Unmade (tiefling homebrew for Eberron) Paladin. The pitch for this specifically was there's a black hole in their center and the breakage and black gunk reflects that. Neat idea, very fun to draw, always love an excuse to draw a cool tiefling!

It was my SO's birthday recently and he requested some Haibane Renmei art- very specifically sketched traditionally and then scanned and colored watercolor style in photoshop. Interesting throwback, both in terms of subject matter and the fact that I haven't like... scanned and colored a sketch since 2018? Wild.
Anyway Haibane Renmei is very good and Reki is like... sad girl with an aesthetic I really enjoy so this was an obvious choice. I super recommend the anime to any baby weebs who haven't heard of it- it was one of those artsy cult classics back in the 2000s and while budget-wise it won't have aged well I think its complexities and ideas are pretty timeless.

THE NEW PALISMAN CHARMS ARE IN! YAAAY!
That's right, Titan Luz, Lilith, Gus and Willow are all finally available as both charms and stickers!
My original set are also all restocked as charms! (Though as a warning I am running low on Amity and King stickers)
I don't have a small design sheet for the new charms since I wanted to put those all on a sheet with some other designs, so they'll have to wait. Buuut soon!
