I share some photos for a reflection. Interpreters of these shots are two kids on the Adriatic coast, but it could be any other sea. The area is the same for the three photos, but moving back ten meters, the landscape changes radically. It looks like another place, another era, almost another world. The plastic that ends up in rivers, in the seas and everywhere in the country, always comes back, returned by the tide or polluting the water, inside the belly of the fish or in a thousand other ways. It does not want to be a critique of a people or anyone in particular, but the garbage is continually thrown away nonchalantly and the sea answers brings it back to the shores. So here are two innocents who run carefree in the middle of an expanse of plastic while preparing to fish some marine creatures, completely unaware to observe around them the future adrift that we are preparing.
