Body composition testing in gym was so weird
I always considered myself the fat one of the group (I'm literally close to 140lbs so esp after hearing my friends all be in the 110's it was solidified in my mind) , all my friends sort of accepted it too, we'd always make jokes abt how I'm so much bigger and all that.
So now comes our weights class,
We have to weigh ourselves - my friends are 130, 120,and 110
I am 140
I was sort of feeling ashamed until we did BMI and I HAD THE LOWEST ONE??
My friends in the order of the weights listed are 5'2, 5'2 and 5'3, while I am 5'7
I also had the smallest waist measurement and body fat percentage
Rly everyone was shocked... They kept saying stuff like "is the scale broken?" Or "maybe we should check again?" But it was true... I was literally the skinniest in the friend group, but I was just way taller
So yea that's the whole story 馃拃

And then also I'm trying to replace all of my products with yuka approved ones :) a ross just opened in my area and I wanna test the bath section. Also wanna check the aldi in my area and gas station since I've never been 馃槶 I wanna get into sugar free monster and a gas station by my house would be good :))

I have 2 more minutes til 1am but also I didn't start walking til 11:06 soo idk I feel like I might as well go to 1:06... I can feel my feet getting tired tho... Idk how I jogged 2hr straight back and forth the same 4 steps 馃拃馃拃 I just walked 2hr and my legs r straight falling off time is so slow
(By the time I'm done writing this it's alr 1:01 so might as well lol)

Walking past midnight is so good. I get to go to bed tired and wake up knowing I already burned hella cals today. I literally burned like 300 cals just by making my last 2 posts and this one. I walk around my dining table so often I literally can do anything and only run into a chair once or twice an hour :P worth it for the 330 cals an hour while just doing whatever I'd be doing anyway

Tips to burn more while walking!! (And explanations ;)
- bounce on each step (doesn't take any extra time per step but burns way more... Just looks goofy asl)
-listen to faster paced music (you'll take more steps cuz you'll be subconciously tryna match the song)
-sway your arms (idk how much more it'll burn bc I haven't tested it, but it prob makes a bit difference if you're walking a long time)
-DON'T STOP (even if you feel tired, trust me keep going. You'll be surprised how long you can go. I'd say I get tired abt 20 min in but rly I can go 3hr before I'm actually exhausted to continue. It's how I jogged 2 hr and burned 1000 in one sitting)
-steps>speed (it doesn't rly matter how fast you go. You burn a lil under double while jogging, but that's because you take just under double the amount of steps in half the time. If walking helps you go longer then just walk)
-dance as you go (makes me hyped)
-remember THERES NO EXCUSE TO NOT WALK unless you're like disabled or like injured. It's too cold? Treadmill. No treadmill? Walk around your dining table. Family think you're insane? Walk back and forth in your room. Mines 4-5 steps across and I still go for hours in there.
Good luck and be careful! Socks can tear if you go too long and also if you go for hours the skin on the bottom of your feet will get rly thick

Since I have a fit bit lemme let y'all in on a secret abt cals that literally changes everything...
Even on days u just stay in bed and do basically nothing you burn abt 100 more cals than ur bmr
If you go to a high school like mine (5 min to lap the inside) I burn abt an extra 500 on top of that!!
My maintenance is like 1450ish and I never burn less than 1550 a day, and never less than 2050 on school days - even if there's no gym activity and I'm literally just walking between classes. Gym burns abt another 200 since I just walk 40 min

(Based on my fit bit data and reduced a bit just in case)
Every 12 hours you (brisk) walk - you'll lose a lb!
Every 6.5 hours you jog - you'll lose a lb!
This is without a diet or anything - this is just how much you'd need to burn an extra 3500 cals
It's more when ur outside btw!! This is just when I walk / jog back and forth in my room or around my dining room table
I think when I'm outside it went from like 5cal a min to almost 7cal
