I got to hang out a bit with my brother who's actually an ally. He asked me if I had a boyfriend or girlfriend (I still lied but anyway) and I was talking about a YouTuber I watch and he just casually asked about if she's nonbinary instead of making a big deal about it. Very refreshing

Roxy finally got adopted! I'm very happy for her, she's the one that's been at the shelter for the longest out of all the cats. I think it's because she's an adult and isn't good with dogs or other cats, so nobody was really interested in her. Plus she's pretty shy

Why the fuck did they get rid of it. One of the reasons was apparently that it wasn't used much. What the fuck. That's the shittiest reason I've ever heard in my goddamn life
The automated captions have gotten okay, but they have issues with the same shit I have issues with
I have severe hearing loss. It's difficult to hear anything with my hearing aids off. Why the FUCK would you get rid of my accessibility because it wasn't used much. That's not accessibility works, morons
That being said, huge shoutout to creators who DO add captions to their videos. I love y'all.

Update, Gigi and Georgie have been adopted! No surprise there, they're just babies and everyone wants babies
I volunteer at the animal shelter every Monday and essentially just play with the cats. I got some pictures yesterday so let's fucking go here they are
First cat is Roxy, she's very very very soft but she's only let me pet her once. Second cat is Blackjack who is very playful but also super friendly. He's a good boy. The white one is Alaska, very friendly and very soft. One of the staff at the shelter said that she might be dead, which makes sense. And finally we have Gigi and Georgie, Gigi being the black girl and Georgie being the orange boy. Gigi loves to chomp Georgie, especially his tail

Man. I got a cat sitting job which is GREAT. It pays $50 per week and I don't even have to do anything but hang out with the cats since everything's automated. I'm going over for my first day in about an hour
There's more though. When I went over to sort out the details, she said that I could just go over whenever I want. Logically I'm like "cool! I can just go over and chill!"
She texted me just now like "Hey let's work out a rough schedule of when you're available maybe?"
The whole point was that there was no schedule, and why would you say that AFTER you already left. The fuck.
