long overdue goodbye
been lurking on my account for the past week and just rereading my old work and reliving the memories and feelings this page has got me really sentimental
i started writing fanfics at 13/14 on wattpad and I started this angsty tumblr page as a freshman in high school at 16 and now I am 23!
the reason I stopped writing and faded from this account is because I started dating my now boyfriend. All of my love that I poured into these characters and writing, I shifted and poured into my boyfriend. Back then, I didn’t have anybody to pour these feelings to, so I poured them into writing.
This account has a place in my heart and will always remain special to me. I have no plans on deleting it, but I also don’t have any plans on retuning
Thank you for all of the love and support you have given me and my work these past years. You truly made my time here special
here is to my official indefinite hiatus; continue to enjoy some lovely angst <3

"baby!"
your eyes glanced up in shock as you watched as hawks burst through your hospital room. his red frazzled wings and single feathers that had fallen off with his speedy movements followed him through the door before he runs over towards you, hands hovering over your cheeks. after a moment of hesitation, he gently cupped your cheeks, thumb running across them as his gold eyes scanned your face in worry.
"oh baby, i'm so sorry i didn't come sooner," he starts as his hand softly runs across the bandage over your injury. "they said that the accident was bad and that you were bleeding from the head when they got to you."
"i'm sorry if i worried you. it's just a few stitches, but i can leave the hospital today," you inform with a small smile trying to ease his thoughts, but his wings were still poofy in concern.
his face was full of sadness. brows arched upward sadly with a frown on his lips as he stroked your hair gently. "i don't like it when you get hurt." hawks' voice was small, and you couldn't help but smile at how sweet he was being.
"now you know how i feel when you come home with cuts and bruises," you say, leaning up to press a kiss onto his lips. "i'm sorry, i shouldn't be the one moping right now," hawks sighs as he shakes his head, "you are hurt, and i should be taking care of you."
pressing a kiss to your forehead, hawks takes a seat beside your hospital bed, "don't worry about a thing, i will take good care of you, baby bird."
just like he said, hawks took care of you great. he always tended to you gently to not accidentally hurt you and would fetch things with his wings, so he wouldn't have to leave your side.
but throughout this all, you couldn't help the overwhelming anxiety looming over you as hawks snuggled in beside you.
you felt so weak and worthless and, to top it all off, a burden towards him. he was a pro hero, for heaven's sake, and not just any, the number two pro hero. yet, here he was tending to his girlfriend because she had gotten herself into a wreck.
he should be helping other people instead.
"i need to go to the bathroom," you say quietly as you slip away from his warm embrace. hawks perked up slightly and offered to come with, but you assured him you'd be okay alone.
locking the bathroom door, you stand in front of the mirror and glance at yourself—you look like a mess. gently undoing the bandage, you peel away the gauze revealing your cut and stitches.
your hand hovered over it before gently running your finger across the wound. it'll be a nasty scar...
"what are you thinking about, pretty bird?"
hawks' voice snapped you out of your thoughts as you turned to look at him, startled, "how'd you open the door?" he smiled before a single feather boops your nose. "i slid it underneath the door to check on you before unlocking it."
you frown at him with a pout on your lips, "you're creepy."
a hearty chuckle leaves his lips before he walks over to stand beside you, leaning his head on yours. "worried about it scarring?"
"a little, i guess," you reply, still focused on the injury. "you got nothing to worry about. even if it scars, it won't take away from your beauty. in fact, it'll be another little quirk about you that i love."
and finally, the string snapped.
"i don't get it. why do you keep treating me like this?" your voice had turned cold, confused, and slightly irritated, which surprised hawks. "what are you talking about?"
turning to face hawks, your lips quiver, "why do you love me so much? i don't get it. how can you love me so much? you deserve so much more."
his face falls gently at your words. his large hands cup your cheeks, lifting your face to look into his eyes, "do you love me?"
"of course i do."
"then that's all that matters. i love you too," his smile warms your heart as he presses a kiss onto your forehead. "you love me with everything you are and have, and i love you with my whole heart. you are my world."
as his arms slide around your waist, your head drops down as you choke back sobs, "that scares me, keigo. i feel like i can't meet that level of love you hold me to."
"i love you how you are. you don't need to fix or change yourself to meet any expectations, okay?"
it was quiet in the bathroom, with the occasional sniffles from you, but hawks embraced it all. "it will take time for it to settle, but that's okay. i'll be here."
you nod before resting yourself against him, taking in a deep breath to soothe yourself, "okay."
once your stitches came out and your scar began to heal, whenever hawks kissed you, he would always kiss the scar of your head.
"i love you and everything that makes you, you."

too good to be real
a/n: this might be kinda hard to follow along but there is an author's note at the end, so please read! also, happy LATE birthday kacchan <3
genre: angst
pairing: bakugou x reader
summary: you were excited to visit bakugou at work today, but something strange happens during your day at work
word count: of 800+ words
04.25.22
-
your life was a dream.
you were married to the most amazing man in the world—someone so full of passion and strength driven to achieve their goals. watching him chase down his dreams had always motivated you to do the same. he was your cup of morning coffee.
the afternoon sun hit your face warmly through the window as you had a long, restful morning in bed. thankfully you had a day off work, but unfortunately for you, bakugou would be gone the whole day at work, leaving you alone and bored. you frowned as you brought the blanket up towards your cheeks.
as you got up to do your whole morning bathroom routine, you couldn't help but mope over how much you missed bakugou. reaching for your phone, you quickly sent him a text.
to: kat chuu~ki
i miss you :^( can i come see you today?
and to your surprise, he responded right away, causing your heart to flutter, knowing he was thinking of you as you were thinking of him.
from: kat chuu~ki
i miss you too, you can come during my lunch break.
you practically began glowing with joy. was it possible to be this happy? scenarios were already popping up in your head of you running into his arms when the two of you reunite. the feeling of being wrapped up in him, warm and loved was something you never wanted more.
suddenly out of nowhere, you had the realization that you were ready—you wanted to start a family with katsuki.
glancing up into the mirror, you smiled at your rosy cheeks as you blushed with joy of creating a family with the love of your life. your home would be filled with little ones with a mix of you and him.
bakugou has always wanted kids, wanted a family, but you were hesitant and scared. you couldn't wait to see him and tell him the news.
-
"i'm going to visit katsuki at work today!" you inform your group of co-worker friends as you sparkle in excitement. working in an office environment, they glance at you from their positions at their desks with small smiles, happy that you're happy. "i don't know why i miss him so much today, but i'm just so excited to see him."
"well, being a pro hero himself, i'm sure anytime you get to spend with him is valuable," one said and you nodded happily, dreamily imagining when you got to see him.
settling your stuff down at your desk, you let out a content sigh, "i just really love him. he makes me so happy."
pulling out your wallet, you make your way towards the elevators, "i'm going to take a quick trip and grab some coffee, i'll be right back!" pressing the button to the elevator, you step inside and head to the main floor.
your shoes clicked with each step you took and your hands pushed open the doors in front of you—
***
your eyes opened as you stirred from your peaceful sleep. glancing around at your surroundings, you found yourself in your bed in your room.
it had all just been a dream.
panicking in your still drowsy state, you quickly shut your eyes and headed back to sleep in hopes that you would be able to continue the wonderful dream you had.
please let me go back...i need to see him, i was so close
***
gasping back into your body, you look down at your hands before turning around to notice you were indeed at work. your heart pounded in your chest nervously as you decided to head back to your office.
stepping into the elevator, you tried reaching for your phone to call bakugou, but you realized that you had left it on your desk. you waited anxiously as you watched the numbers on the screen head up to your floor.
you needed to make sure bakugou was okay.
when the elevator doors open, you ran over to your desk, your co-workers bombarding you with worries.
"i need to go see katsuki right now," you interrupt as you gather your things.
"katsuki? who's that?"
your heart dropped as those words flooded your head. who's katsuki? turning around nervously, you gave her an uneasy smile, "what do you mean? he's my husband."
"husband? you're not married. he doesn't exist, whoever you're talking about."
it was as if time had stopped. grabbing your phone, you pulled up the texts from that morning only to stare in horror when they did not exist. he did not exist.
the tears that began to flood your eyes stung as you dropped onto the ground, your sobs and screams of pain ripping from your throat as you grieved the loss of the mean you loved so much.
you wouldn't ever get to meet him or the family you were excited to have. he doesn't exist anymore.
why did this have to happen to you?
***
tears streamed down your sleeping body as you sniffled away the ache in your heart. even if it was a dream, your feelings were still real and you were still grieving the loss you had just experienced.
it felt too real. the feelings you experienced felt so good and so warm, only to be stripped away from you.
your life was just a dream.
-
a/n: this was an actual dream i had and ouch, it hurt so much knowing that i never got to actually see and hug bakugou and to have him ripped from me in the dream. i did wake up after crying with tears in my eyes and was just so sad. the emotions i was experiencing in my dream were so real.

a flower blooming in the night
a/n: yeah i had no idea where this fic was going, i just kept writing and this is what my brain came up with. i think it turned out decent lol
genre: slight angst and fluff
pairing: dabi x reader
summary: the league's new little healer catches dabi's eye and he doesn't hesitate to tell her how different they both are, but she shows him that being different from each other is not as bad as he seemed it would be
word count: 2.4k words
04.10.22
-
dabi had only known you for a little over a year, and here he was, watching as you gently cared for the league members' injuries with a small smile on his lips. a delicate flower blooming in a broken down, rusty old shack.
the first time dabi laid eyes on you, he thought you had mistakingly found your way into the league's headquarters. what was a small, innocent-looking little doll like you doing here? you were probably being held captive against your will.
"this is (name), she's going to be joining the league as our medic," shigaraki states as you stand timidly in front of the league. you immediately interested dabi—how you wanted to tremble from fear but stood your ground.
"are you sure you got the right person? this little doll doesn't look like she belongs in a place like this," dabi chuckles and you frown at him, your stare hardening.
"shut your mouth and be thankful we have someone to help your scars when you can't control yourself," shigaraki scoffs, turning away and walking off towards his room, "she'll take care of any injuries from here on out."
being stared down by the members of the league, you glanced down and interlocked your fingers as you tried to hold your ground, "i want to be as useful as i can here, so don't hesitate to come to me."
and to your surprise, they welcomed you with open arms.
dabi often found himself in your room that doubled as your nurse's office. it gave him a sense of calm and security when he was in the room, though he can't say for sure if it was because it was your room or because of you.
"be careful not to use this arm too much and be very gentle with it if you do. i'll check on it again in a few hours, okay?" you inform spinner as he gives you a nod and heads out the door.
spinning around in the small swivel chair, you turn to face dabi, who was chilling out by your window, touching and observing the different items in your room, "what are you doing in my room?" you ask with a slightly playful tone.
"you know he's only trying to find an excuse to see you," dabi states and you chuckle, giving him a look, "yeah? what's yours?"
"just wanted to bother you a bit. thought you were getting bored caring for spinner all the time," dabi states, setting down a small glass container before walking over to you, settling on your bed.
"spinner is just a little carefree. i don't mind helping out a comrade," you respond, swiveling back to your desk to put away some materials you had previously taken out. "it's the least i can do."
it was quiet in your room as the only sounds heard were the sounds of glass jars clinking against each other as you organized your medical desk.
"so, why'd you join the league?"
you scoff, hearing the age-old question again. rolling your eyes, you shut the drawers to the desk, "i've already told you. i want to support the league and what they stand for."
"ah, right." you could practically hear the smirk coming from him. "you know, i've heard a silly little story about why you joined."
your back was to dabi as you continued to pick up your room a bit, "humor me."
"i heard you joined the league because you were tired of everybody doing you wrong." dabi watched as you froze in your place before letting out a small chuckle, resuming your work, "that is silly isn't it?"
after a few moments of silence, you let out a heavy sigh before turning around to face dabi, who was now lying on your bed, staring at his raised hand, "what do you want, dabi?"
"did you know that you and i are different? i belong here; you don't." his words make you frown as you stomp over toward the man, "what makes you think i don't belong here?"
glancing up at you, dabi smiles at you, "it's simple. you're just too sweet to be stuck in a place like this. you're not like us who have nowhere to go. you have people waiting for you."
your stare at dabi doesn't falter as your continue to frown at him despite how hard his words are hitting you. pursing your lips, you take a seat beside him, dejected, "i was just tired of everything...i was never bad, but when i do something bad, it gets blown out of proportion. i decided it might as well be better if i kept it that way."
dabi sits up beside you, the two of you staring at the wall ahead of you in a somewhat comforting silence as you begin to pour your heart out to a man who you thought didn't carry a single ounce of care.
"isn't that what we all think? you're just not as bad as you think you are, you still have a place in the world out there, but for us, we're too far gone. it's too late."
glancing up at dabi, you look at him soulfully, wondering what had happened in his past. you avert your focus back at the wall with another sigh, "you think so?"
"all of us at the league think so. no matter how much we want to keep you to ourselves, we know you don't belong here."
his words make your heartache. maybe he was right, but you've already made friends and close connections with the people here. you didn't want to leave them behind.
"trust me, it's what the others want for you too. you're too good of a person to be wasted here," he continues as he turns to leave, but you quickly grab his hand to stop him.
"why are you trying to get me to leave, dabi?" your bright eyes focus on his pretty blue ones before he lets out a sigh and traces a finger along your cheek, "i don't want you to end up like us. we have no future, and we're on the path to death."
he leans closer to your face and all you can focus on is the reflection of yourself in his eyes, "and i don't want that for you."
dabi's words stuck with you for the rest of the day, and you couldn't seem to get a good night's sleep because of it. it was quiet and not a peep to be heard in the league's hideout except for the soft sound of wine glasses clinking gently against each other.
kurogiri is still awake.
stepping out into the hallway quietly, you make your way down the stairs and towards the bar where kurogiri was alone. sliding into a bar seat, kurogiri turns to face you, glass in his hand, "(name), what a surprise to see you here this late."
"couldn't sleep, thought i would come talk to you," though you looked tired, it didn't seem like you were budging back to bed anytime soon. "what's on your mind?"
you lower your head gently, eye flickering around, making sure the two of you are alone before you glance up at him, "well, it's dabi."
kurogiri let out a nod signaling you to continue, "he talked to me earlier today and told me that the league doesn't think i belong in a place like the league because i'm different than you guys and it's been on my mind all day."
he chuckles before placing the glass on the counter, "dabi has developed quite the spot for you this past year. surprising that he has the capacity to think of other things besides hatred for his father."
you furrow your brow at his comment, but kurogiri continues like it never happened, "the league is grateful to have you with us and they're all just glad we have someone as sweet and different in our space. it's a nice change of pace that some are not used to."
"that's nice to hear," you say honestly with a soft smile, "it's just sad to me. dabi said that he's too late, too far gone. i just wished he wouldn't be so negative all the time."
kurogiri chuckles, causing you to glance up at him. "maybe that's what he means when he said you two are different. you're much more optimistic than he is and perhaps he just doesn't want that part of you to fade."
heat rushes to your cheeks as you purse your lips, your shoulders raising shyly, "i doubt he meant it like that, but i just wish that dabi could see himself as a better person. it's like he refuses to."
"maybe you have to be the one to show him."
so you spent the week figuring out how you could, as you put it in simple terms that you know best, find a way to his heart. it had been hard trying to put your thoughts into words, especially for dabi to understand.
but every time you tried to talk to him, it seemed that shigaraki always had a mission for him and on this particular night, you found yourself alone in the hideout.
"shigaraki said it's best if you stay here, (name)-chan," toga informs with her cheeky smile as she hugs you, "if you get caught, it would be hard to rescue you since your quirk is just a healing one. so stay here and keep the place warm for us."
you missed the league. it's not everyday that they leave you alone to go on missions. turning off the lamp in your room, you hoped that you'd wake up to the league back and peppy as always.
a loud crash downstairs shook you awake from your drowsy state as you suddenly became alarmed. the only time someone breaks in was when you were alone!
locking your bedroom door, you huddled silently in the corner, praying it wasn't an intruder.
there was a thump against the back of your door, which caused you to hold your breath, your heart beating loudly in your ears.
"(name)..."
it was faint, but you swore you heard your name. "(name), it's me." the voice was quiet and raspy, but you knew it enough to know who it was. "dabi!"
you quickly ran over to the door and unlocked it, swinging it open just for dabi to fall onto the floor of your room with a groan. smoke steamed out of his body as his scars were covered in fresh blood and his face contorted in pain. "what happened!"
your hands hovered over his burning arms, scared to touch him as he turned to lay on his back with a pained sound.
"don't move anymore, you'll irritate your scars further," you command as you help him out of his coat before you gently run your fingertips over his scars, figuring out how best to heal him.
plucking a strand of your hair, you activate your quirk, which glows a faint green color as it flattens and spreads the strand into a bandage-like sheet. wrapping the sheet gently over dabi's lower arm, you can feel his body relax from the cooling sensation.
"does that feel better?" you ask as dabi breathily lets out a "yes." "the wraps will help your injuries slightly, but it won't heal you completely," you inform as you take a scissor to snip a few strands of your hair, activating them and wrapping them on dabi.
"do you want to tell me what happened?" you try again, gentler this time as you continue to wrap his body.
"got caught in a bad place at the wrong time, that's all," dabi mutters out and you let out a hum of acknowledgment. as you worked your healing magic, dabi's glowing blue eyes watch how focused you are when tending to injuries.
that was something he admired about you. it didn't matter who the person was, good or bad, you always used your quirk to help and save people.
a difference between you and him.
"doll," dabi started, causing you to glance at him from the corner of your eyes, "you shouldn't be wasting your quirk like this. you should be using it on someone who deserves it."
"who said you don't deserve it?" you respond just as quick, unfazed by his response as you apply the last wrap. you turn your body slightly towards him as he rolls his eyes at you.
"i'm a villain, i've killed multiple people with these hands, with this quirk, while the worst thing you've done is probably walk across the street when the signal isn't on," he retorts and you offer him a smile, "guess i'm a villain now for helping you too then, huh?"
you reach your hand over to cup his face as you let your quirk activate on your hand, soothing the burning scars on his cheeks, "take care of yourself and your scars more. when i'm not here, i won't be able to help you," you whisper, your thumb running across the scars underneath his eyes.
your touch is gentle and comforting in a way dabi has never felt before. your hands treat him like his heart is glass and he finds himself confused under your touch. all he knows is you make him feel at peace.
"tomorrow isn't promised for us, but that doesn't mean you should throw yourself away," you retract your hand away from him and back into your lap, a deep sigh escaping your lips, "you say it's too late for you and that we are different from each other, but maybe that's why i'm here—to save you."
dabi's brows furrow and his heart tightens from your words. it's weird, he thought. how you spew such nonsense that he should laugh and cringe at, but he finds himself feeling more free than he ever has.
he knows your place isn't meant to be here by his side, but he can't help but want to keep you safe from how corrupt the world is outside.
"i've already helped the league out with my quirk, so it's too late for me too, but it doesn't feel wrong," a gentle smile makes its way on your lips as you glance down at the floor, "i just hope that we'll both find our place in this world."
from the start, dabi had always known you were too different to be stuck here in the league. too soft, too gentle and too good. but if you insisted, he wouldn't mind you being here with him.

dabi had only known you for a little over a year, and here he was, watching as you gently cared for the league members' injuries with a small smile on his lips. a delicate flower blooming in a broken down, rusty old shack.
the first time dabi laid eyes on you, he thought you had mistakingly found your way into the league's headquarters. what was a small, innocent-looking little doll like you doing here? you were probably being held captive against your will.

Hello! I was feeling a bit down lately so could you write a comfort scenario/fanfic w Bakugou? Maybe his S/O is distant and trying to avoid him because they feel like a burden? Like they friends are acting strangely (as if they did something bad) and now they think they don't deserve Katsuki's attention? Your works are really amazing (and kinda helpful cuz English isn't my first language) ^^
changed it up just a tad bit!
tw: mentions of anxiety and depression
pairing: bakugou x reader
summary: you feel alone even when you're surrounded by friends
word count: 1.5k words
03.03.22
-
you always thought as yourself as someone who could be outgoing, someone who could start conversations with anybody, someone who was getting comfortable and confident with themselves.
you had everything you could have wanted—a boyfriend who loves you and a class full of friends you adored. you were happy with yourself and life was good.
it had been a while since you were down in the dumps. your anxiety and depression were just a memory of the past and you could feel yourself grow as a person. it was nice. everything was in place and you were starting to feel like the main character of your life once again.
a lingering thought always passed by in the back of your mind, wondering when your happiness would crash and you'd fall back into a moment of despair. you felt that your life was going too good, you had it too good—something was coming.
this was supposed to be fun; you were supposed to have fun, but why do you feel so alone even when you're surrounded by friends?
glancing up, you watch your friends link arms and giggle happily as you walked behind them, alone. uraraka and mina chatted together about boys while momo and jiro shared their different music tastes.
'going in an odd number group has bound to have one person lonely,' you think to yourself as you quietly walk behind your friends, observing the shops around you. 'guess i'll take one for the team.'
this wasn't at all what you imagined when you wanted to go shopping with friends. why did you feel so neglected?
did you say something wrong earlier? do they not like you anymore? were they starting to get bored of you?
your thoughts were interrupted when you heard momo's voice, "oh! it's bakugou!" momo exclaimed, pointing to your boyfriend a few shops away, you immediately perked up.
as much as you loved your friends, you wanted to be with bakugou and have him take you away from this misery. just as you were about to approach him until you saw him talking with another girl.
normally bakugou would barely bat an eye at anybody who didn't catch his eye, so why was he having a whole conversation with this lady? and why he does he seem so unbothered and relaxed by her presence?
you felt yourself shrinking in on yourself. everything was becoming too much, too overwhelming.
"no, i deserve this. who am i kidding, i'm nowhere near as good to stand by his side. even my friends don't want anything to do with me..." your thoughts ran loud in your mind as the anxiety began to eat at you.
before it could consume you, your favorite voice caught you, "i was wondering when you'd finally show up."
coming back to your senses, bakugou was standing in front of you with a raised brow. you stared up at his pretty eyes before glancing behind his shoulder at the previous lady who had walked away.
"you were waiting for me?" you asked quietly, and he let out a sigh, "yeah, and it took a lot longer than i thought too. i texted round face asking and said you guys would have been here ten minutes ago."
you grimaced internally. first that lady, and now he was texting uraraka? why didn't he just text you? it was like he was trying to get rid of you.
frowning, you glance away, "sorry. we got distracted along the way," you say, and bakugou pulls you into his side, resting his head against yours. "whatever, at least you're here now."
you'll take what you got.
-
the commons were full of loud music and white noise of the conversations and mingling in the back. you sat alone on the couch with a cup of fruit punch in your hands as you glanced around at everyone—they looked like they were having fun.
your eyes met with kirishima's, and he smiled before walking over to say hello.
"(name)! how's it going?" he asked, plopping himself down beisde you. you gave him a small smile, thankful for his kind nature, "it's going okay. are you having fun?"
he flashed a toothy grin at you, "i always have fun with all of my friends around."
before you could respond, denki and sero were calling him over to be a tie-breaker in some vote they had going on, leaving you alone again on the couch.
grimacing, you took a sip of your juice before you began fidgeting with the cup. normally you would have a blast during these hangouts, but you felt totally invisible.
you wanted to find bakugou and hide in his chest for the night, but to your dismay, he was talking with uraraka.
the small flame of anger building up in you began to ignite, and your frustration and thoughts were making you feel like you were going crazy.
standing up abruptly, you place a hand on mina's shoulder, offering her a fake smile as she turns over to look at you. "hey, mina, i'm not feeling too well, so i'm going to head to bed for the night. hopefully, I'll be good as new tomorrow," you lie as she gave you a sad frown.
"oh (name), i'm so sorry to hear! you rest up, okay?" she seemed genuinely worried, which did make you feel a little bit better, but you simply nodded and turned around to head to your dorm.
you wanted to be alone.
walking alone in the halls that were beginning to muffle the noise of the commons, you found it ironic that you wanted to be alone when you were just complaining about being alone.
no, you wanted to be alone, not ignored.
standing in front of your dorm door, you let out a sigh. what were you doing wrong?
"(name)."
hearing your name, you glanced toward the source to see bakugou approaching you from the end of the hallway, "katsuki?"
"mina said you were going to bed because you were sick," he informs, and you look away, "...yeah, just wanted some quiet time alone."
opening the door to your room, you step inside before glancing over at bakugou, "don't worry about me. go back and have fun, goodnight," but before you could close the door, bakugou forced his way in before closing the door behind him himself.
"you've been acting weird today. what's wrong?" he asked, and you looked up at him, shocked. "what?"
"your vibes or whatever mina calls are different today, and i know you're not sick. you usually enjoy yourself when the class is hanging out, but you were sitting all quiet on the couch."
you purse your lips from his statement but refuse to answer. bakugou let out a sigh, "what's going on in that mind of yours, pretty girl?" he asks gently, and only then do you comply.
"things just felt weird and different...and i felt really lonely because of it, so i just wanted to be by myself, so i wouldn't have to feel so alone," you confess, playing with your fingers as you sat down on your bed defeated.
bakugou followed you but opted to stand in front of you instead, "but you have so many friends in class," looking up at him through your lashes, you glanced back down at your hands, "it feels like nobody likes me anymore.."
"did you forget that you have me?" he asks, hurt swimming in his eyes, but you look away. "i wanted to go to you, but you were busy with someone else," your voice was small, and you shrunk in on yourself. "do you still even want to be with me?"
bakugou watched as tears welled up in those beautiful eyes of yours before you sniffled, "what did i do wrong?"
"i thought that i was doing great, and i thought that things were getting better, but i have never been so lonely before," you cry as you curl in on yourself.
strong arms quickly embrace you, your whole body covered in his warmth and comfort. "(name), i should've been there for you when you needed me most," his voice gentle as he runs a hand down your back. "and of course, i still want to be with you, dummy. there's nobody i'd rather be with than you."
pulling away, you stare sadly into his eyes, a quiver on your lips, "you deserve someone better, i'm just holding you back from your potential like this." you try to pull away, but bakugou pulls you into him tighter, you unable to move in his grip.
"don't ever say something as dumb as that ever again," bakugou presses a kiss to your lips, staring at you intensely, "i want to be with you. you're the reason i am who i am today," he says, and all you could do was sink onto his shoulder.
"i get that you don't feel happy, and i want to help you feel better. how can we do that?"
bakugou always held a lot of strength and willpower in them that allowed you to trust him. he always put 100 in everything he did, even if it was as simple as helping you.
"i just want you by my side."

bakugou
"wow! i missed you all! how was break?" mina cried as she wrapped her arms around some of the girls, you smiling as you and bakugou walked into the commons, hand in hand.
"it feels nice to be back with everyone," you commented as bakugou squeezed your hand, "it felt like forever since i was you," bakugou grumbled, but you rolled your eyes at him, "you're so clingy," you teased, "we saw each other during break."
"whatever, let's just go up to my room," he comments, and you give him a smile as the two of you make it up to his room. "smells like home!" you joke as you inhale with a large stretch, taking your layers off in the process.
"yeah, this is basically your dorm now, with all of your clothes in the corner of the room," he comments, back facing you as he brings his sweater over his head, leaving him in that sinful black tanktop.
"come here," he gestures you over with his head before you join him on the bed happily. the moon casting a relaxing glow into the room as you hide yourself in his chest. "i miss this."
bakugou brings you closer to him, and before he could close his eyes to relax into your touch, his eyes catch onto the patches of color on your skin. his hand gently runs across the bruises, brows furrowed.
"what happened here?" he questions, voice cutting into the silence before you move your head to glance up at him, who was focused on your arm, "there are bruises all over your arm," he comments as the two of you sit up.
your glance down at your arm before lifting it for closer inspection, "oh."
"oh?"
bakugou gives you a hard stare, and you stare back in silence, "well what happened?" you purse your lips before glancing back down at your arm, your body slumping.
"well, during break, i was at home with my family, and i kinda got into an argument with my sister," you start and bakugou raises a brow, eyes narrowing, "and she might have gotten mad.."
"she hit you? when did this happen?"
"yesterday.."
bakugou frowned, "why didn't you tell me?" all you could do was shrug, falling back into his chest as his arms wrapped around you comfortably, "i couldn't." laying the two of you back down, bakugou ran his hand along your back soothingly, his voice surprisingly soft and gently, "why couldn't you?"
"it's nothing for you to worry about. it doesn't concern you," you say quietly into his chest and bakugou lets out a sigh, "it is my problem to worry about my girlfriend getting hurt like this," he comments, resting his hands on your hair. "once we finally become pros, no doubt i will take you away, and we will live together. just us two."
his comment makes you giggle, and you lean in closer to his chest, "yeah? that sounds nice. i've always been secretly grateful for the dorms. allowing me to take a break from family for some time and an even better bonus is that you're here with me. it's like we already live together; how nice is that?"
bakugou can feel you smiling against his collarbone, and he can't help but smile into your hair as well, "i guess the dorms played in our favors."

hawks
hawks was bored out of his mind trying to finish up the paperwork that had begun to pile up on his desk. his assistant told him he wouldn't be allowed to leave the office until he had finished a fourth of the stack by that night, which led him to where he was.
before he could sign off on another paper, hawks' focus suddenly shifted elsewhere—the feather he left with you. closing his eyes, hawks tried to focus completely on that feather, trying to gather intel on what was going on over where you were at.
he could feel your heartbeat against the feather, and you didn't seem yourself.
right as hawks' assistant knocked on the door and entered, hawks was halfway out of the window. "hawks! i said you couldn't until you finished!" she cried, running after him, but hawks dove off. "sorry! urgent matters, I'll be back in 30!"
rushing over towards the apartment, hawks slightly ran into the large glass doors, watching as you jumped with a startle before running over to open the balcony doors for him, "keigo? what are you done with your work already? is everything okay?"
hawks glanced you over before frowning, "i sensed you were upset when you got home, like very upset."
you frowned back at him, "i guess you can say that." rolling up your sleeves, you show hawks your arm and the soft bruises that were starting to form, "my crazy sister got upset at me and didn't know how to handle her anger, so she punched and threw me around a bunch."
hawks gasped, "babe! that is serious!" all you could do was shrug, "i'm not even mad, though, because i had enough self-control while she didn't." you say, pulling your sleeve back down. "i'm glad you came though."
sighing, hawks pulls you into his arms, wrapping you in a comforting hug, "i hate to see my birdie upset. why don't you keep me company in my office while i finish my paperwork? I'll fly us there," he says with a smile, and you chuckle, "i bet your assistant is on your ass again."
"maybe." he answers with a cheeky smile before scooping you up, "hold on tight."
just like hawks said, 30 minutes later, hawks' assistant came back to check up on hawks to find he was already halfway through the stack of papers. "finally," they whisper before closing the door to leave the two of you alone.
"thanks for helping me keep my mind off of the bad things, keigo," you say gently as hawks leans over to press a kiss to your temple, "anything for you."

dabi
hearing a soft tapping at your window, you quietly got out of your bed before running over to open the window where you were met with your lover. "dabi," his name falls out of your mouth with a breath. you smile before leaning in to press a kiss onto his lips, dabi happily pressing his lips back. "hey, doll."
stepping away, you allow him to sneak into your room before you shut the window behind him. "how is everything?" you ask right as dabi scoops you up and takes you over to your bed. "fine," he mumbles in your shoulder as you lean your head onto his fluffy hair. you noticed he smelled cleaner than usual, which meant he cleaned up for you, but you decided not to tease him tonight.
"how long are you staying?" you ask quietly, running your fingers through his hair. he hums, the vibrations running across your collar bone, "not sure," pulling back dabi frowns at you, tugging at the sweat you had on. "come on, babe, take this off. I'll keep you warm tonight."
rolling your eyes, you sit up and take the baggy sweater off, leaving you in a tank top, "just admit that you want to see my body, and let's leave it at that," you joke, but before you could lean back down, dabi's hands grab your forearm, "dabi?"
"who did this to you?"
"huh?" the sudden change in his voice turns the room cold as you glance up at him, who was focused on your arm. "your arm is all bruised. who did this? tell me."
your expression softens, "my sister." dabi snarls before pulling you up onto your feet, tossing your sweater back at you. "dabi? what are you doing?" you asked as you watch him open the window.
"i'm taking you away from here," and suddenly, he was all you could see. your heart fluttered in your chest as he stuck his hand out for you. "i might be a villain, but i would never allow you to stay in a hell hole like this any longer. come on," he flashes you a toothy grin and you couldn't help but smile back at your knight in shining armor.
with a nod, you placed your hand in his, "okay, take me away."
