It was - you did not just say that. It wasn’t personal? God, you might actually believe that. That - that is the twisted logic that they teach you when you sign up to be a N*zi
You know considering Stephan's sister drowned I think that makes it all the more triggering that his accident landed him in the water
OMG why must you hurt me like this 😭 I hadn't thought of that.
Speaking of water, the entrance to Sinister's Sanctum is in the middle of a beach. There's always some reference to water but knowing the writer I highly doubt he had thought of it and it's just a nice nod. No, not a nice one, it's a very sad one 😥

I’m once again thinking about how Loki never told a single fucking soul that he was not only captured but tortured by Thanos over the period of a year before the battle of New York. He never told anyone!!!! Not Thor, when he asked where he got the scepter, not Odin when he was on trial, not Frigga when she chided his actions, not even Mobius when he was laying out his life’s failures before him??? Not a single person ever heard or found out about that incredibly long agonizing period of his life and how clearly that altered the course of his life and his motivations!!!!!!! Hell, he died by Thanos’s fucking hand and Thor still didn’t have any idea why.
