Ramattra x Gn!reader
Ramattra has always wanted to kiss you, well, what ever putting his faceplate against your face was. So when the chance came, he was especially excited. Looking at you, the way your eyes looked at him while you talked, the way you just…were. The time was perfect, the dimly lit kitchen in the base, no body was around and you were both up late.
“May I kiss you”
You couldn’t help how your eyes widen in surprised and you stopped mid sentence, your fingers tightening around the now lukewarm cup of coffee in your hand. Ramattra stares at you, waiting an answer. You put your cup down, leaning against the counter, nodding.
“Thank you”
Before you could react, he gently cups your cheeks, getting down to your level and placing his faceplate against your lips, enjoying the feeling. Placing your hands on the back of his head, deepening the kiss on your part. Feeling his hands go to your hips, he lifts you on the counter, not moving his faceplate. The sun slowly comes up, hearing soft footsteps coming to the kitchen he quickly stops, walking away while you get off the counter. He smiles to himself, finally getting the kiss he’s been wanting for ages.

so, i'm really interested in the 'soldier 76 has developed social anxiety because of the way his life has gone, especially after bad public opinion had a big role in ruining his life' concept - could we get 76 with a male reader relating to that, especially with how reader helps him cope with it? thank you :)

solider 76 and a boyfriend both with social anxiety
It took him while to open up to anyone before he meet you, and even then it took awhile. He has a hard to expressing what he feels so is thankful when you stick with him.
Goes to a therapist after you help him find one, and he gets better at finding coping mechanisms.
Holds your hand in public because it helps him calm down a bit when he gets overwhelmed, it helps him feel grounded.
His panic attacks different became less frequent, but it doesn’t mean there completely gone. You help him by rubbing his back and asking him questions and helping him focusing his breathing.
Both of you prefer to stay home and watch movies or just spend time together.
Holds you tight and helps you breath when you have panic attacks, he helps you the best he can.
If he’s having anxiety about anything you’ll sit him down and tell him how and why his bad thoughts are wrong, it helps him a lot.
If he feels like he’s to overwhelmed he’ll squeeze your hand as a way of saying it.

Hobie: Canonically hates an entire group (cops), says he hates them, has personally killed one, and is openly proud of it and maybe even willing to do it again
People for some reason: Hobie loves everybody. Everyone one. There's no way he can harbor ill will towards someone. He looks past all the superficial stuff. He could never experience negative feelings about the experience of being oppressed - or openly talk negatively about a group of people actively complicit in his oppression. That's impossible, what are you talking about?? Why do you think he's mean? Also he's from a universe where racism and segregation never existed :)
I'm not saying Hobie would hate white people like he hates cops. I'm not saying he wouldn't date a white person - what I'm saying is:
MY SIBLING IN CHRIST, Hobie is a Murderer.

I think Hobie would date any race (even though I think he'd be very observant and aware before taking on a partner who does not understand racism personally. not against it, but as a trans person - I have to be very keen on if a potential partner has hidden transphobia for my own safety and life, I think the same extends to Hobie and race.)
But the fact that these people are okay with him committing murder but not okay with him not being romantically available to white people goes to show they don't actually care about his characterization.
They don't actually think he loves everybody. They know what the blue laces mean.
They just care about consuming him. And they will twist his narrative any way they want in order to do so.
Even if that's implying that murder is better than racial solidarity.
I'm not saying Hobie would hate white people like he does cops.
What I'm saying is that Hobie
1) experiences direct racism as a dark skinned, natural haired black guy
2) he would be just as vocal about his anti-racism views as he is his anti-police stance.
The same way he holds cops accountable for the oppression they are complacent in and the divide that causes, he would do the same for the white people around him.
If Hobie talking about hating the cops and the Prime Minister in everyday conversation is okay to you, but him venting about disparity between races that has effected his whole life - makes you uncomfortable, question why.
They're both displaying negative views towards an entire group of oppressors, why is one okay to you?
Why is Hobie killing a cop completely plausible and acceptable to you, but him even talking or thinking about white people in a sightly negatively negative, frustrated light because of the trauma he faced - we all face - completely impossible and unacceptable to you?
Because you think cops deserve it and white people don't? Because you think police brutality is a conversation that matters but racism isn't???
As if the two things aren't linked??????
Because Hobie is just a puppet to you, and the idea he is not the Token Perfect Black Guy makes you uncomfortable???

Tbh I’m heavily hating Ed and I say that with my full chest, mother fucker got pissed that other people were getting action and he made them fight to the death, (failed btw) And it makes me even more annoyed that he kept chopping off his toes, like leave that man’s feet alone. Also his apology was so half assed and I think Izzy should at least cut his toes off or something, like how does Ed just get a pat on the shoulder and a bell for a couple weeks around his neck while Izzy is missing his leg and half the damn crew is traumatized.
Lowkey starting to become an Ed hater
It’s now been revealed that Izzy saved Ed’s life (by keeping his body on the ship after the rest of the crew beat him up). And yet Ed’s still out there saying things like “I took a man’s leg” (instead of “Izzy’s leg”), not saying “I’m sorry,” and generally being a dick. I’m still shipping Blackhands like the maniac I am, but TBH I don’t think Ed deserves Izzy right now.

this is probably gonna sound ridiculous and let me know if im just being too mentally ill about it, but i'm middle class and therefore feel really bad about things like shoplifting, not because i give a single fuck about corporations but because, well, i can afford things. i frequently also feel bad about buying things, though, like i should be trying harder to purchase ethically, even though i honestly don't know how in the slightest. the whole deal makes me feel like a bit of a poser, honestly. got any advice?
It sounds like you're suffering from internalized copaganda. Kill the cop living inside your brain my friend! There's no ethical consumption under capitalism and what that means is that if you can't afford to buy the "ethical brands" (a dubious label in the first place) then there's nothing wrong with buying from corporations if that's what you can afford. Capitalists doesn't give two flying shits about you or what your morals are.
To be completely honest with you, it doesn't matter if you can afford it. Stealing from big corporations is always morally correct. In fact, you should shoplift ESPECIALLY if you're middle class. Change the stigma about it! I'm not even fucking with you I am being 100% serious. Think about what laws get enforced and what laws don't. The laws that everybody breaks don't get enforced as heavily since the state doesn't have enough resources.

I smell bad. I don't shower that often. My breath stinks. My hair is greasy and crunchy and I definitely have dandruff. I have a hard time putting deodorant on. I can't wash my clothes that often. I get really sweaty sitting in a wheelchair all day and I do not look clean or put together or sophisticated and frankly I wouldn't have it any other way. I don't owe a world that wants me dead, a world that prevents me from entering a building just by forgetting about me, a world that points and laughs at me, I don't owe that world a damn thing and if that world loved me at all then it wouldn't ask me to hide my struggle and my identity from it.
