Stiles Stilinski is a Hero

Most companies/brands/etc do this becuz they don't have hearts and only care about the profit like u said. I also find this really annoying becuz when someone is given such a high platform, when someone has the chance to raise awareness abt such situations then I think they should do it but Netflix don't even tho they have so much power to do so.

It's rlly unfair and stupid but I agree with thanking the actors/editors who are trying to be heard and raise awareness.

One thing about OBX that drives me nuts is the obvious racial subtext ever-present in the very concept of the show and so many moments throughout it, but they never say the quiet part out loud. The writing and acting both lead me to believe that subtext is both crucial to the story and definitely something the writers are trying to explore but Netflix won't let them. As always, it's profit over everything so Netflix isn't willing to alienate white (racist) audiences by making it overt. It's such a shame because I think the show could have been that much more incredible if they were allowed to address that shit directly. Double props to the actors and editors for doing their best (and probably having to fight) to make things clear without being able to say the words.

So I used to always believe that fanmade friendships and real life friendships were always so different and I still partially believe that in some way I guess.

In most fanfics,fanarts,etc the friendships are always so...I can't find the right word for it but like cuddling and holding hands and calming each other down and hugging and all that is so normal in the fanmade world but in real life not so much.

Or that's what I used to think at least.

I had a huge fight with one of my best friends at the beginning of the school year, I think it was October?

Anyways we were both drama students btw so y'know it was hella dramatic.

I was full on sobbing and gasping for air after she left and two of my other close close friends came to comfort me and...

Y'know the cuddling,hugging,holding hands,touching faces,wiping tears.

That all happened and I needed it.

They wiped my tears away with their hands, let me cling onto them with all my tears and snot.

One of them even picked up my snotty tissue when it fell out of my shaking hands.

I was so shocked cos I knew they loved me but the amount of love was overwhelming in a good way.

I'm not saying that that's what all friendship is about, I have friends who aren't rlly touchy and that doesn't mean we're not as close or whatever.

But I'm just saying that you just need to find the right ppl in ur life, the ones who stay even during your ugly moments and even if it hurts you please let go of the ones who are only there when everything is going well and perfect. I still am involved with people who i know aren't going to be their during my dark times so maybe i'm being hypocritical but hey everyone has got to start somewhere and I'll try step by step.

Family is amazing and I am honoured to have it but found family is just something else and I am proud to have that too.

The class break into a fit of laughter and chatter as they hear this.

“Who was stupid enough to date you?” Stiles blurts out, loud enough for Coach to hear.

“Stilinski, shut the hell up.” Coach Finstock exclaims,his face turning an interesting shade of crimson. He quickly moves on to calling the roll, as if hoping to regain control of the situation.

Okay so I was listening to Eminem's song discombobulated and i heard the phrase 'I'm a Kook' and I was like wait a minute could I make a Rafe gif set with this and then I did some research on the lyrics and realised that these lyrics actually mean a lot to Rafe's character.
