Apparently there was a lyric change in Last Midnight in Into the Woods, and I had no idea. I'm listening to this TXST Musical Theatre rendition of the sing, and I was caught completely off guard.

She's singing to the Baker's baby?? And then at the end she gives reason for her departure?
I like the lyrics, they're just not what I'm used to.
So I had this debate with a professor. We were talking about Pyramus and Thisbe, one of the stories Romeo and Juliet was based on. The topic switched to solely the play, and I said, "If only they had waited a few minutes to make sure each other was dead."
My professor scoffed and said, "Or if they had obeyed their parents."
Um... WHAT???? "You think the main problem with this story is not the utter stupidity of two teenagers, but the disobedience of authority?"
"Of course. They'd still be alive."
"But they'd be miserable! It was wrong of their parents to separate them because of a personal feud. Leave the kids out of it."
remember to bring me these before the chime of midnight in three day's time
ATTENTION NEW TUMBLR USERS: This website is different from twitter and there are actually four (4) things that every blog needs. Go to the woods and fetch the cow as white as milk, the cape as red as blood, the hair as yellow as corn, the slipper as pure as gold
Not gonna lie, I wasn't 100% "for" a Knuckles show, but I'm hyped now. I'm glad that Ben and Colleen will be featured in it, but I really wish Tails was in it more.
If they don't play Unknown from M.E., though, I will be severely disappointed.
Cristina Vee made an album entitled "Obnoxious Theater Kid", and it is wonderful. It's full of covers from Broadway shows, Disney movies, and even the Miraculous movie!
My favorites are "Never Enough," "Ocean Away"(because OMG REALLY?) and "You Are Ladybug".
Not gonna lie, I LOVED the Miraculous covers because it felt like a big old "F-U" to Zag. And she even got Mela Lee in there, too!
ALSO in "Dead Girl Walking" from Heathers, she got Andrew Russell to sing JD's part. If that name sounds familiar to you, it should. He is the English VO of Luka in Miraculous. Crazy, I know.
I love "Congratulations" with all my heart, but was EXTREMELY disappointed in the fact that Noah Manumaleuga didn't do his Lin impression.
People like Cristina and Timothee Chalamet prove to me that the best actors in the world are theatre kids.
