Over a year ago, I posted a survey about “gaydar,” because I wanted to prove a point. I no longer remember aforementioned point, but here are the results from the 104 responses I received.

Ladies, Gaydies, And Theydies We’re Voting By Mail.

Election Day is November 3rd and Trump wants to make it harder to vote by mail even though we’re in a raging pandemic and the CDC is recommending that all voting possible be done by mail. If you live in one of the 34 states that allows you to vote by mail without an excuse, one of the 7 that will allow you to use the pandemic as an excuse (since this was posted CT is taking COVID as an excuse and NY is working to make COVID a listed excuse), or just want to check/update your voter registration, the people at Vote Save America have created a site to request your ballot, register to vote, and get involved in the election in other meaningful and impactful ways even during the pandemic.

The USPS is already saying that they are expecting a record number of people to vote by mail and due to lack of funding they probably won’t be able to guarantee anything sooner than a 2 week ballot turn around. We all need to request our ballots now so there’s enough time to receive and return them well before November 3rd. 

If voting didn’t work, Republicans wouldn’t spend so much time and money making sure people don’t vote.

That awkward moment when you’re sitting in class and your teacher starts talking about how involved they are with the lgbtq community, proceeds to make 5 full awkward second of eye contact with you, and you start to think that maybe you chose the wrong day to wear a flannel...

Don’t fault me - I’m only half listening to Oaks’ talk

I feel like it really isn’t difficult to follow both of the two great commandments. God loves all his children, so if we love all his children aren’t we loving him too? Can it really be thought that in order to love God properly we have to shun or at least disapprove of the entirety of the LGBTQ+ community?

I have decided that there needs to be a fourth Pitch Perfect, and so I have taken it upon myself to write it. It may suck, but es mejor que nada so I don’t really care.

I spent this evening with my sibling and their spouse. In the space of about an hour said spouse called me a lesbian twice, called my (elementary age) brother gay, and started to call me a dyke before thinking better of it.
