✨Some info about me✨
Im not new to tumblr but I definitely haven’t been on here that long. I’m a bit of a junk4rxic and I also had bed and bu1imi4 in the past. My sw is 120lbs my cw is 110lbs and my gws are 100lbs 90lbs and my ugw is 80lbs. I mostly reblog but I might do something different once and a while. If anyone wants an 4n4 buddy or even just someone to talk to let me know.

Why do I have to carry all my weight in my stomach and thighs it’s like a curse my legs look so gross I can barely wrap my hands below the middle of my thighs :,) but my pinky overlaps my thumb when I wrap my hands around my wrist plus my collarbone shows quite a bit

So I get that you should eat healthy when restricting and counting cals because healthy food usually has less calories so you aren’t as hungry compared to eating chocolate and things like that plus all the nutrition or whatever but once and a while you should give on to some of those cravings because if you ignore them as time goes on cravings for different things will pile on and probably lead you to binge on lots of high cal food and possibly if your really lucky those cravings might go away but that still takes quite a bit of time keep in mind this is only my experience which I don’t have a lot of
So basically what you can do to fit in high cal foods is cut them in to smaller portions and only eat some a day but you can also for example eat fast day one 500cals day two and 800cals for the third then repeat this is what I do because a normal cal intake for a single day is around 2000 for a normal person but in a week ofdoing this diet you would eat only 2600-3100cals. Anyway I hope this helps you guys!
