Veggie Egg Rolls

Ingredients:

Egg Roll Wraps

1 Whole Cabbage

2-3 Shredded Carrots

2 ½ tablespoons of Oil

½  Cup of Onions

Salt to taste

2 tablespoons of Garlic Powder

1-2 tablespoons of White Pepper

1 tablespoons of Rice Vinegar

1/2 Cup of Green Onions (save some for garnish)

Puerto Rican VEGAN Carne Molida (Picadillo) - Puerto Rican MEATLESS Ground Beef with Potatoes

Ingredients:

2 tablespons of Oil

½ a pack of YOUR choice of meatless crumbles meat

1 packet of Sazon

Pinch of Salt

1 Tablespoon of Minced Garlic

1 Tablespoon of Sofrito

1 Bay Leaf (this was optional, since I was playing around with the flavors, of what I usually use).

1 Cup of Chopped Onions

1 Tablespoon of Salsa De Tomate

1 Small Chopped Potatoe

¼ Cup of Water

Foil Paper to cover (Shiny side down).

Veggie Dogs

This is my second time buying a meatless veggie dog. And it tastes disgusting! 😝 First time I bought one, it was from “Yves”. These taste EXACTLY the same. This brand I had bought it from my local Aldi's store. If you ever wanted to try Yves Vegan Dogs, but couldn't afford it, or didn't want to buy a product you might not like. Buy these and try em’. There much cheaper and really BIG. Since going vegetarian, I've been trying to find a really great hot dog substitute, since summer is coming up and I love my grilled Hot Dogs I want to find something so similar. (Since I don't eat meat anymore). But I can't find anything good. I think I'm going to give up, on trying to find a good hot dog substitute. I seriously can't afford on buying products after products and don't like them. Don't get me wrong. I did find a few meatless products I truly love. But I've been craving for a hot dog and there's nothing good. Since I got sick and can't eat meat anymore, it is very difficult to find good meatless products and on an extremely tight budget. It's hard to even become Vegetarian or Vegan when the meatless products are expensive. At least with real meat there are sales and less difficult. But no I am not going back. Since I can't eat meat anymore for personal reasons. But also, my love for animals, will never make me go back to eating neat.

Italian Sausage 

WhIle on a hunt for finding the perfect meatless hot dogs, I also stumbled upon this. They were next to the veggie dogs. I also love Italian sausage, especially grilled. I don't mind of cooking this instead of veggie dogs. I trordered them today and they weren't that good either. I seasoned it up with my own personal Puerto Rican Seasoning, but they still not that very good. My brother somewhat likes them, but I won't be buying these 2 products ever again. They both smell really bad even adding your own condiments, they still taste gross.

Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients:

1 Bag of Beyond Meat Crumbs ½ Bag of Gardein Beefless Crumbles 1 Jar of Ragu Spaghetti Sauce ¼ Cup of Onions 1 Box of Lasagna Noodles 1 container of Whole Milk RI cotta 2 Bags of Lasagna Cheese Blend 1 tablespoon of Italian Seasoning 1 tablespoon of Garlic Powder *Salt & Pepper to Taste 1 bunch of fresh chopped Basil 2 cups of Baby Spinach 1 Egg 2 tablespoonsof Olive Oil
