Random advice for happiness
Don’t do “too much” of anything
Drink more water
Try to meditate daily
Do something Selfless from time to time
Do something just for yourself from time to time
Try to read daily
Stop scrolling mindlessly
Pay attention to nature
Nothing lasts forever so appreciate the good moments and trust that the bad ones will pass
Talk to yourself as you would talk to your best friend
Use hand cream
Be ambitious not obsessed
Exercise daily, even if it’s for five minutes
Pet a dog
Working to achieve happiness has nothing to do with wealth, career, looks, number of friends, cars, pets - to me , it means training your mind to appreciate life right now
Talk more with your family
Don’t waste time with toxic people ( no matter who they are)
You don’t need to be in trend; you don’t need to be against it either
When people talk, really listen.
Don’t give up on traditions
Eat more fruit
Revenge isn’t going to help you in any way.
Try to sleep a reasonable amount of time at reasonable hours
Don’t neglect the people you love, out of convenience.
