Zeus also says he hated Ares but never claimed to hate his wife. Ares's affair with Aphrodite was listed as one of the reasons Zeus is ashamed/hates him. (Funny coming from Zeus.)
Also, Ares breaking his promise to his mother and fighting alongside Aphrodite instead, during the battle of Troy, probably reminded Hera of all the times Zeus choose another woman over her.
Looking at all this one could say Zeus and Hera hate each other and themselves to an extent, but instead of therapy they just blame the sum of their parts, Ares.

What the hell happened on Olympus before that made Ares react this way?
I feel like the writers/animators are trying to imply something more here, because-
Ares literally looks like a scared child. He's backing away and trying to look smaller.
And remember, he's in front of a stadium full of his fellow gods. He didn't even once consider his ego as soon as Zeus appeared.
Then there's Zeus's face. The shot before you can see his face clearly, but here its completely shadowed. Very menacing.
And even before that, Zeus's first reaction was to blame Ares, AND THROW A LIGHTNING BOLT AT HIM!
Animators have to consciously make these decisions and i feel like it would be a waste if this didn't go somewhere.

Ok, Hera, that was mean, but like, why does Hermes care. He knows Hera doesn't like any of Zeus's illegitimate children, so why does he seemed so shocked and hurt by this.
Look at his face-
This shouldn't be new to him.
I hope season 2 goes into more detail on the relationship between the gods and the gods themselves.
I need to know why Hermes is the nicest god in this show.

Watched back to back videos of 2 of my favorite shows and...
Teen TITANS meet Attack on Titan!
Robin barely introduces them and Eren is already screaming. Mikasa is ready to fight just because, and everybody else is either scared or confused. (Besides Beast Boy and Sasha. They're best friends now because of food. Meats are an issue but they're fine.)
And then i thought what would Levi be doing, and then i remembered Batman exists and saw this short raven hair orphan as his next potential child.

All the clones together in mando/clone heaven.
(oh the chaos)
Skirata running around trying to gather up all his boys.
Plo Koon doing the same but picking up extras.
Jango looking for Boba while also trying to hide from Jaster.
Jaster hugging all of his 'grandsons' and looking for Jango so he can strangle him.
Cody and Bly trying to sneak over the wall into Jedi heaven.
Darman trying to do the same but getting caught by Skirata and Niner.
Meanwhile Cut and Jango's biological dad are just sitting off to the side and talking about farm life. (The man found his favorite grandchild and Jango's not happy about it.)

You know what I love?
That clones CAN'T lie.
I can't think of one time that a clone lied and got away with it or even sounded remotely convincing. Rex- sucks a lying. Fives- sucks at lying. Hardcase- succeeded somehow, but i think Krell was just using it to his advantage. Cody- I can't remember if he ever tried to lie.
The only time they were actually convincing was when they were being controlled by worms.
But what I love even more is that Jango himself is a bad liar. Like father like sons.
