since those noodles tasted so good im sharing it with y'all :3 (75.2 cals per serving)
Noodles- 50c per serving (2 servings)
-1/2 cup oat flour (25 cal per 15g)
-pinch of salt
-water (add gradually and knead until dough consistency)
dust cutting board with flour, cut into 3 pieces, roll each piece out until 1/4-1/2in thick, cut into strips, boil on medium high for 5 minutes or until you're happy with the texture
Sauce- 25.2c per serving (5 30g servings)
1tsp butter- (i use blue bonnet; 11)
1/2tsp garlic powder- 5
1 cup almond milk- (i use silk so it's 60 cal but you could easily use a 30 cal one)
1/2 cup water- 0
1 1/2tbs oat flour- 38
1/2tsp black pepper- 3
1tsp salt- 0
1tsp chicken powder- 10
mix everything together in pan on low heat, once combined turn heat to medium, let cook for two minutes before stirring, keep on heat until thickened
