Okay and picture there is a small nagging in Kremy’s head saying that he shouldn’t trust Gideon and he is actively choosing to ignore it.

They’ve known each for years, always had each other’s back even in cases where a con goes so far south it would’ve been easier for either one to ditch the other and cut their losses.
