Your cat has this poor man stressing.
It was supposed to be a simple task at your request.
Watch the cat for a couple hours while you are out doing your thing. How hard could that be?
Your cat decided that today would be the perfect time to put that to the test.
Jervis tidied up around the place.
Read a book.
Made himself a cup of tea.
Anything to make the minutes move by quicker honestly.
When it was getting close to the scheduled feeding time for your cat, Jervis called out its name.
Odd.
Nothing.
He checked the regular spots your cat liked to be in, his brows furrowing the longer it took to find it.
He canāt find the cat.
He canāt find your cat.
Your cat.
Not good. Not good in the slightest.
Confusion turns quickly to panic
āTwinkle, twinkle, little cat, oh how I wonder where youāre at!ā He mutters to himself in panic.
In the middle of all this, he hears it.
A faint meow.
He freezes in his place and listens for it again.
Another faint meow.
He follows the sound. It gets louder the closer he gets to the back door.
He opens the door and looks around outside but there was nothing.
There it was again.
He looks up and the sight he sees almost makes him have a heart attack.
Your cat was on the roof, peeking its head out and staring right at him.
Heās immediately up the stairs and opening the nearest window to get to your cat before it decides to really test out its nine life.
Heās using everything in the book to grab your catās attention.
Iām talking, treats, random sounds, hand gestures.
Everything.
Eventually your cat gets interested and slowly struts over to him.
The minute itās in arms reach, Jervis reaches out and snatches up the kitty.
Letās just say he was able to get your cat down safely.
Not without getting some minor scratches as payback from your cat.
He basically chided your cat like you would a small child once there both back inside.
He fights with himself on telling you or not about what happened.
Worried that youāll see him as an irresponsible person.
But also worried about lying to you.
Once you get back, heās already at your feet weeping about what happened and how it was his fault and how heās irresponsible and how he almost let your cat hurt itself and-
He shuts up when you-
laugh?
Youāre laughing.
You just pat his shoulder and explain nonchalantly that itās normal.
Hell your cats put you in the same situation multiple times.
Now heās dumbfounded.
Jonathan Crane
This was unexpected for him.
Cat sitting.
He never had a cat growing up so he wasnāt sure how it would go taking care of yours.
You quickly introduced him to your feline before giving him a hug and leaving out the door.
They kind of just stared at each other for a solid minute before your cat walked away.
Jon just shrugged and took a seat on your sofa, grabbing the nearest book.
After about an hour, he noticed he hasnāt seen your cat ever since you left.
He gets up and starts wandering around your place, looking in small spaces where he assumes your cat would be.
He starts getting uneasy the longer he searches.
Heās searching your bedroom when he hears a meow.
He glimpses around the room in confusion before looking up and low and behold, thereās your cat.
On top of your wardrobe closet.
āHow in the..ā
The breath that he had been holding in was finally released.
He goes over to the wardrobe and holds out his arms but your cat doesnāt move a muscle.
Just stares.
āSeriously?!ā
He lets out a deep sigh, going to the kitchen and grabbing a small baggie of treats you had shown him earlier to give your cat if needed.
When he walked back into the room, your cat perked up at the sight.
Jon smirked at that, taking out a couple and holding them up high enough but not too close.
The second your cat reached out a paw, Jon grabbed your cat and hugged it close to him.
āGot ya!ā
Your cat just scowls at him for the rest of the evening until you get back.
He doesnāt find it a serious concern to tell you considering your cat isnāt hurt but, he might let it slip out though a couple weeks later.
Jerome Valeska
A/N: If you actually want to see how he'd save your cat, send in another ask. I just seriously think he'd be the prime reason your cat gets stuck.
He put your cat in the tree.

A/N: Not sure if this was the way you wanted the story to go but I hope this is appealing. Also Sofia don't exist, at least not in this specific fanfic.
Overview: Being the daughter of Don Falcone and girlfriend to his personal assassin.
Relation: Romantic
The start of you and Victor's relationship was...complicated to say the least.
You both had grown a mutual attraction for one another and when you both found that out, the rest was history.
Fear of what your father would think, you wanted the relationship to be kept a secret until you could build up the courage to tell him.
On one hand, Victor liked the excitement of being in a secret relationship with THE Falcone's daughter.
On the other, he was hesitant to hide such a big thing from his boss.
He is loyal to Falcone but he loves you.
A lot.
It's probably not until 4-5 months later do you both get busted.
It wasn't Don himself who had caught you both but a servant had seen you and Vic in one of the many rooms of the manor, alone.
Sharing a little smooch.
You and Vic were both worried what Falcone would do but what shocked you both was him saying he already knew.
Or assumed a long time ago.
I guess you two weren't as good at hiding your affections like you thought you were.
Falcone has put a lot of trust in Victor over the years and if he had to pick someone to love you but also protect you, Victor would be his first choice anyways.
He knows that Victor is the most capable of protecting his little girl.
Now onto the actual relationship stuff.
Victor is much more open with his feelings and such now that he knows your dad won't murder him in the brutalist way possible.
Even if you were Falcone's daughter and people knew not to mess with you because of your last name, Victor would still be the one to remind them now that it's known you two are together.
He'll still do jobs for your father but he's now changed to being your personal bodyguard whenever your dad isn't needing him.
He'll be by your side almost 24/7.
He likes to train with you.
Fighting experience or not, he likes to teach you new skills whenever he finds the time.
Give's you one of his own personal knife to keep on you for protection and as a little reminder of him.
Brags a lot. Especially if he's standing on the sidelines watching you kickass, he'll such smirk and brag to the person closets to him saying shit like, "See her? That's my girlfriend," while said person is scared for their life.
If he's out doing a job for your father and you text him anything saying you need help, he's at your location in 5 minutes.
No matter where he is in Gotham, he's by your side in an instant.
Hell he's never moved so fast from one location to another for your dad like he does for you.
He doesn't get too jealous since he makes it very much know you're his but if for some reason someone does do you wrong or God forbid looks at you wrong, expect to see a missing poster of said person the next day.
At the end of the day, he's most loyal to you and he better be dead if something were to ever happen to you.

Okay first off, he loves the height difference between you and him. One source told me he's 5'11, another said 6' but either way he's still way taller compared to you.
Likes to prop his arm on top of your head just to tease you.
Very much into pda but ironically in a not so noticeable way?
He'll always have a hand on you but where no one notices.
He's got to keep up the tough assassin facade.
You understand.
But when you're both alone together, he's all over you.
He enjoys dancing and singing with you in private.
He's basically a whole different person when alone with you.
He does anything you ask of him.
That is unless it's something that could get you hurt.
Then he takes matters into his own hands.
He's a pretty well known assassin so he doesn't get to be home a lot.
He'll bring you with him on stakeouts though or if the job isn't somewhat too dangerous.
Makes you stay home the rest of the time.
He doesn't ask much of you but if you happen to go out to a party or anywhere in general, he'll want for you to have a tracker on your phone and to keep him updated every hour or so.
If you say no to the tracker, he'll still put it on your phone without you knowing.
If you text or call him during a panic attack, he's right beside you in less than 5 minutes.
Now isn't the time to ask him how.
He just wants to make sure you're okay.
I feel like he enjoys video games but not like today's videogames.
Games like candy crush are usually what he plays on his phone if he's bored while on a job.
If you do happen to introduce him to fps games, he becomes quite competitive and it doesn't take him long to get the hang out it.
Shocker.
Depending on how far y'all are into your relationship, if the conversation leads to domestic life and having a family of your own, he wouldn't be against the idea nor would he force the idea onto you.
Hell he'll probably go out and adopt you a cat or dog or some kind of animals for you to have as a pet that will soon be treated like a child.
He doesn't care what happens as long as you're always by his side and are happy.

Gotham!Jervis Tetch
Relation: Situation ship (a relationship that hasn't been explicitly defined) but progresses to Romantic.
You, like most of your colleagues, probably met him for the first time when he raided the GCPD searching for Alice.
You were trying to escort one of the rookie officers, who had been hit when the raid happened, to safety.
Two big men who looked like wrestlers had jumped up onto the desks a few minutes earlier and started shooting up the place, wounding some officers in the process.
You might not have noticed him at that moment but oh he noticed you.
He didnāt understand how or why but you practically stuck out like a sore thumb in his eyes. Heād have to deal with you later though.
After Aliceās death, tormenting Jim, and being sent to Arkham, that's when Jervis saw you for the second time.
You had accompanied Captain Barnes at his request. Just for the extra support and to be a bodyguard basically.
Jervis is ecstatic when he sees you.
Heās grinning like the Cheshire Cat and waving at you all giddy like.
He pouts a bit when you donāt acknowledge him.
Barnes ordered you to wait outside the caged room.
After a while of integration and threatening, Barnes finally got frustrated and stormed out.
You started to follow after him before Jervis called out to you.
āDonāt leave just yet, my dearā
He leaned his body in your direction.
Though the handcuffs that were chained to the table didnāt give him much
āWithout you my heart will fear, the emptiness that you'll leave behind will be a pain that's hard to findā
You mentally cringed at his words.

You looked behind you to check that Captain Barnes wasnāt waiting up for you.
The hallway was empty.
You faced Jervis again, seeing now he had a giddy smile on his face.
He enjoyed observing your actions.
You showing signs of hesitation to leave right now and follow after your boss made him feel all sorts of things.
Giddy being the main one.
You open your mouth to speak but jump when Barnesā booming voice shoots out from your radio yelling your name.
To jervisā dismay, you quickly exit the visiting cell and speed walk down the halls.
The sound of your boots echoing til you leave the building.
Jervis pouted for the rest of the day at the fact he didnāt get to hear your voice.
He so craved to know what you sounded like.
Was it angelic like a morning dove?
Or perhaps thunderous like a lion's roar?

female, early twenties, catholic, infj, introverted and quiet, I love music-all kinds from eminem to the temptations though I particularly love jazz and blues and nightwish, my fav albums that are kind of recent ish are disco by kylie minogue, hackney diamonds by the rolling stones and love for sale by lady gaga & tony bennet. My fav perfume is elizabeth arden blue grass and miss dior rose n roses. I love clothes and collect vintage clothing my ideal fashion aesthetic is the 1930s tho I'm not immune to a 50s circle skirt and pearls, 70s fashion is pretty cool too. I'm a librarian. Fav authors are agatha christie, donna tartt, tolkien, jules verne and h.g wells. My hobbies are pretty much just reading and listening to music. I'm irish and not to be stereotypical but swear a lot which I'm now finding embarrassing so I'm trying to stop as I find when every second sentence isn't filled with curses my mood is generally better. BTAS Mad Hatter and Riddler with a neurodivergent gender-neutral s/o that gets overstimulated easily, whether it be they feel like theyāre being undermined because someone is assuming theyāre not as smart as they actually are, or theyāre in a situation they arenāt familiar with, or even if theyāre shoes are too big theyāre š this close to freaking out. The minute he notices someone is talking down to you, he immediately steps in, putting them under his control and allowing you to get payback on them.
If you ever start showing signs of a panic attack during any situation, heās right by your side putting his trenchcoat over you while rubbing your back until your breathing evens out.
Overall he tries his best to be steps ahead of your panic attacks and over stimulated moments because he wants you to be okay.
