It’s been awhile since I’ve posted but I recently found my own inspiration for cute fluffy stuff so I thought I would write something. Also Itto DEFINITELY talks in his sleep. Also probably snores a ton lol. I know this is short but at least it’s something 😭😭 I also did not edit this, I wrote it in the car and am immediately psoring it because otherwise I never will

The sun is what first wakes you up. A strip of bright light falling through the crack of the curtains. You groan out of annoyance and are about to try to go back to sleep until you feel that hand tighten around your waist. That’s what really wakes you up, the rush of love and joy you feel at the reminder of him.

“Never change my love,” you say as you place multiple kisses across his forehead, cheeks, and finally a soft one on his lips. You watch him in admiration for awhile longer before snuggling back into his arms and falling back asleep feeling happier than ever.

summary: you start to question your relationship when you start comparing yourself to others

so this was supposed to have more characters but i got really carried away and what were supposed to be just short little drabbles ended up being whole one shots, whoops. but i love writing this type of stuff so please request any more characters you’d like for this prompt :)

Itto

even before you two were officially together, itto has always made you incredibly happy, i mean he’s literally your own personal hype man

he might not be the most romantic boyfriend ever, but he sure does make you feel loved

he always talks extremely passionately about things, including you

however that’s also where the problem arises because there’s times when all he talks about is kujou sara and wanting to fight her

it was fine at first but the more it happened the more it made you think

while you were sure itto loved you, you also knew you couldn’t compare to sara. she’s strong, smart, and a good leader. why wouldn’t itto want her more than you?

but then one day he missed one of your dates and your mind went wild

You try to do anything to keep your mind busy but it’s impossible when you’re home alone instead of out with Itto. You can’t help but wonder where he is or more accurately who he’s with. It’s not like this is the first time this has happened, Itto is the leader of the Arataki gang and has a knack for getting himself arrested, but this time feels different. Lately all he talks about is his need for a rematch with the tengu.

You finally give into your thoughts as you look into the mirror. Looking at yourself, you can’t help but compare yourself to Kujou Sara. While Itto says he just wants a rematch with her, what if there’s more to it? As your thoughts start to race through your mind you can’t stop the tears collecting in your eyes. Before you know it you’re fully crying, wondering if this is the end of your relationship.

“Baby are you here?” Itto yells out as he frantically opens the door to your house. “I’m so sorry I missed our date. I was out with the boys and we got caught up in this game with some kids and before I knew it it was already night.”

Itto goes straight to your bedroom when he doesn’t see you, thinking maybe you’ve already gone to bed. But when he opens the door to see you crying on your bed his heart drops.

“(y/n), baby, I’m so sorry. I promise will make it up to you. I will even buy you some food! Anything you want, please just don’t be sad,” Itto says as he sits next to you and wraps his arms around you. He tries his best to cover the panic in his voice, not wanting you to see him afraid, but seeing you like this because of him breaks his heart.

You quickly bury your head into his chest, letting him tighten his hold on you. For a long time there’s silence as you quietly cry in his arms, leaving Itto without words for the first time ever. When you have finally cried all your tears you move slightly so you can look up at him.

“Itto, do you still love me?” You ask meekly as you try to keep your breaths steady.

“What?” Itto asks, utterly confused by this sudden question. “What do you mean?”

“ Well, you’re alway talking about Kujou Sara and that’s probably who you were with today so I get it if you want her instead. I just need to know now,” you say quietly, avoiding looking him in the eyes.

“Wait, you thought I was with the tengu? Babe I was just out with the boys! And even if I was with her, she doesn’t even come close to you,” he says. “I only talk about her because she had the nerve to steal MY vision. But trust me, I talk about you way more, if you don’t believe me you can go ask the boys, they know.”

“So you still love me?” you ask louder this time. You finally look into his eyes and he softens even more at the sight of your tear stained eyes.

“Of course I do! You’re mine and there’s no getting rid of me. Trust me, Granny Oni is already bothering me about when I’m going to ask you to marry me and I can’t let her down now,” Itto says as he pulls you close to him again. You can’t help but become flustered at the prospect of marriage, never having brought up the subject with him before.

“You’re ridiculous,” you say before leaning in and kissing him. The kiss doesn’t last for long but it’s so full of love that it worth every second.

“Does that mean you’re not mad at me?” he says as he gives you puppy dog eyes. You can’t help but laugh at the fact that this big, strong oni can be such a baby at times.

“Of course not, you know I can’t stay mad at you for too long,” you say as you kiss his cheek. “However, you’ll need to cuddle with me all night to make it up to me.”

“Deal!” He yells as he grabs you into his arms and lays down with you. You snuggle in even closer to him as you feel your negative thoughts leave your mind at last.

Diluc

during your whole relationship, diluc has been nothing but the perfect gentleman to you

however he has never been the best at showing you how he feels about you, whether its through words or actions

you understand that he has a hard time with his feelings and know the small things mean a lot with him, but it’s hard when he sometimes treats you like everyone else

so when he starts investigating something with jean you can’t help but compare the way he acts with you two

jean and diluc have always been close and even with diluc’s distrust in the knights, he still has a lot of respect towards jean. the two of them are also two of the most respected people in all of mondstadt, it would just make sense for them to be together

you try not to have hard feelings towards jean, she’s an amazing person who has given her life to protecting mondstadt, but when you see the two of them together you can’t stop the way your heart clenches in your chest

It’s been a long day of working and you are undoubtedly tired, all you want right now is to spend time with Diluc. Since you’re still in the city you decide to check if he’s in Angels Share before heading over to the winery.

“Hey Charles,” you say as you arrive at the tavern. “Is Diluc here?”

“He’s upstairs, I think he mentioned he was meeting someone,” Charles says as he cleans the bar.

“Well hopefully he won’t mind if I join in,” you say as you wave Charles goodbye. You quickly head upstairs, excited to finally see your love. But you freeze when you see him actually smiling. At first you take in the sight, simply appreciating it due to how rare it is. But then you wonder what made him smile like that. Then you notice who he is with, the acting grand master.

Before you realize it you’ve already walked out of the tavern. You bite your lip as you try to keep away your panicked thoughts. Why is he with Jean? Diluc doesn’t like the knights so it can’t be work related. And why was he smiling like that? You quickly leave the city limits to go sit beside Cider lake.

When you sit down on the side of the docks you finally let the tears that you’ve been holding back flow. You can’t stop thinking about how someone as amazing as Diluc deserves someone better than you, someone like Jean.

“(y/n)? What are you doing here?” a familiar voice asks as you feel someone sit beside you. There’s no doubt on who it is, you don’t have to look to know that.

“Shouldn’t you be with Jean?” You ask him as you try and hide the shakiness of your voice.

“Well I saw you inside and I was about to invite you over when you suddenly left in a hurry. I wanted to see what was going on,” Diluc says.

“Well nothing is going on. Just go back to her,” you snap at him, just wanting to be left alone.

“(y/n) what’s wrong?” He asks, voice suddenly becoming stern. You finally look at him, surprised at the sudden change in his tone. When you meet his eyes you notice they way his brow furrows in worry and you sigh.

“It’s just that seeing you and Jean like that set off something in me,” you say quietly, suddenly realizing how petty you sound.

“What do you mean?” Diluc asks, genuine confusion lacing his voice.

“Well, you and Jean just make sense together. You two are like the most loved people in all of Mondstadt. And, well, you deserve someone better than me, someone like her,” you explain as you look back out at the lake, not wanting him to see the tears pooling up in your eyes.

“I was just meeting with Jean because she wanted to let me know she plans on stationing more knights along the delivery paths due to a heightened hilichurl presence. There’s nothing you need to worry about,” he says.

“Then why were you smiling like that? I know such business related manners don’t make you react like that,” you ask as you look at him again with tears streaming down your face. Diluc seems surprised by this question but quickly gets a small smile on his face.

“Jean had just asked me how you were doing and commented on how happy I seem with you,” he says as he gently puts his hand over yours. Your face heats up at the realization that you’ve made such a big deal over nothing.

“I’m sorry,” you say as you move to hide your face in his neck. He strokes your hair for awhile letting you calm down a bit before speaking again.

“How long have you been feeling this way?” he finally asks softly.

“I don’t know, I guess part of me has always wondered why you picked me when you could basically have anyone in Mondstadt,” you tell him as you stay leaning on his shoulder.

“Well you’re the only one I want,” he says bluntly, causing you to look up at him in shock. He smiles slightly as he sees the reaction he got out of you. He plants a soft kiss on his forehead before standing up and holding his hand out to you.

“Come on, let’s head to the winery, it’s getting late,” he says as you take his hand and he helps you up. With a quick squeeze to your hand he begins off on the trail back home.

I definitely got carried away while writing this because i’m the biggest kaeya simp lmao so this didn’t end up going the way i had initially intended BUT hopefully it’s still ok

The cold breeze of Dragonspine seem to go right through your bones as you climb higher. You’re not even close to your goal yet and you want to turn back home and curl up in bed.

“Come on, if you don’t hurry up I’ll end up leaving you behind,” your expedition partner, Kaeya, calls out from in front of you. Looking up towards where he is, you see him standing there with a smug look on his face.

“Go ahead, I’m not even sure why I agreed to this anyways,” you call back to him with a grimace.

“About time you admit it,” he says. You simply roll your eyes at him, not wanting to give him the satisfaction of an answer. It becomes quiet as you wait for the monster to leave. You try to look anywhere but at Kaeya, suddenly becoming aware of just how close the two of you are in this moment. This closeness brings up all the feelings you’ve always tried to ignore when it comes to the cavalry captain. Despite acting like all his teasing doesn’t bother you, deep down you know you’ve had feelings for him since you first started working together.

Snapping yourself out of your thoughts you finally gain the courage to look up at Kaeya only to see him looking right back at you. You fight the urge to automatically look away and instead keep the eye contact. You’ve never been this close to him before and for the first time you’re able to admire the deep blue of his eye and you can’t help but wonder what his other eye looks like underneath his eyepatch.

“You know, for someone who doesn’t like what they see, you’re doing an awful lot of staring,” Kaeya says, breaking you out of your trance. With this you finally notice how fast your heart is beating and the shallowness of your breath.

“And what if I do like what I see?” You mumble, speaking just loud enough that he can barely make out the words you say.

“Then I’d say that’s a good thing because I like what I see as well,” he says, bringing his hand up to softly stroke your cheek. At this point, the closeness between you two is suffocating. You try to turn away to catch your breath but Kaeya places his fingers under your chin to turn you back towards him.

“We shouldn’t do this,” you say as you yet again try to look anywhere but at him.

“Wait!” You say as you grab his wrist gently to try and keep him close to you. No words are spoken as you look at him with pleading eyes. Kaeya smiles before finally closing the distance between you two and placing his lips on yours. The kiss starts soft, almost as if he’s giving you a chance to make sure this is what you want, but quickly Kaeya pulls you even closer to him and deepens the kiss. Everything else seems to disappear as you melt into the kiss and breathe in his scent. Unfortunately the moment ends too soon and you separate from him.

You both stay quiet as you take in the moment together. Kaeya reaches back up to stroke your cheek again as he gives you an uncharacteristically soft smile. He places one more small kiss on your forehead before taking a step back.

“Well I believe the coast is clear, we should continue on,” Kaeya says as he starts walking out from where you two were pressed together. You look at him in confusion before you realize you had completely forgotten why you were in that situation in the first place. You then nod your head before yet again following him up the mountain.

“Oh, by the way, it doesn’t seem like you’re freezing anymore,” Kaeya says as he looks over at you with a smirk.

“I am, you just distracted me for a second,” you say with a pout causing Kaeya to laugh.

“In that case, I will gladly distract you whenever you need it,” he says. You just roll your eyes and sigh as you wonder what you just got yourself into.

“Well, we can’t let this all go to waste,” Beidou says as she sits down and starts grabbing food. You sit down with her and start eating as she tells you about her day. You try not to stare to intently as you appreciate how beautiful she looks as she tells all the crazy things she went through. It goes by quickly though and soon the food is all gone.

“So I have one more surprise for you,” You say while standing up.

“Oh really?” Beidou says, intrigued by your comment.

“Just wait one minute I’ll be right back!” You say as you rush towards the bathroom to prep the bath. When it’s all done you yell out for her to come.

“All of this for me?” Beidou says with a sly smile. When you nod in agreement she grabs you and pulls you close. “Well then, I think I need to make sure I thank you fully for everything you’ve done.”

“And how do you plan on doing that?” You ask, feigning innocence.

“Get into the tub with me and you’ll find out,” she says as she begins to undress and finally give you the attention you deserve.

I fought Childe yesterday and he actually gave me good drops so I wanted to write some fluffy fic to show him appreciation <3 anyways uhhh i have a thing for domestic childe and it shows lmao

The world seems to be spinning as you fall back and lay down on the bathroom floor. After being sick all morning all you want to do is to lay down and not move. You groan as another wave of nausea hits your body but you also feel relief as it’s not as bad as the other waves.

“I should try and have some water,” you mutter to yourself as you find the strength to slowly stand up, giving it your all to keep control of your stomach. As you walk to the kitchen you can’t help but wonder what it is that caused this to happen. You don’t remember eating anything that you don’t always have and nobody around you has been sick either. As you finally reach the kitchen and get water a realization hits you. Your period is late.

“No no no no, that can’t be it. I always make sure Childe pulls out. This can’t be happening,” you say to yourself as you try to convince yourself that something like that can’t be an option. Then it hit you, a little over a month ago after you had a couple of drinks you too got a little more carried away than usual.

“Shit!” You yell as you accept what is probably the truth. What are you going to do? You love Childe but how are you supposed to have a baby with a harbinger of all people? You’re so caught up in your panicked thoughts that you don’t hear the door open and footsteps approaching you.

“I’m so glad to be home, you won’t believe what I had to deal-“ Childe says as he walks up to you only to stop when you turn around to him and he sees the look on your face. “You look terrible, did something happen?”

He looks over you, making sure you’re not hurt. After he determines nobody has hurt you he comes closer to you and looks at you expectantly.

“It’s uh, it’s nothing. I just haven’t been feeling great this morning,” you say, trying to force a smile on your face. You can’t let him know what’s happening, not until you figure it out on your own. “I think I just ate something bad yesterday but it’s out of my system now.”

“Do you need me to do anything? You know there’s this soup we make back home that always used to help me as a kid,” he says as he places his hand on your shoulder to try and comfort you.

“No that’s ok, I think I just need to rest,” you say as you move away from his touch. With that the atmosphere seems to change and Childe gets an uncharacteristically serious look on his face.

“What are you hiding from me? Did someone do something to you? If they did I need you to tell me, I’ll take care of it,” he says in a low voice. Though he’s trying to be gentle you can see the familiar glint in his eyes that shows exactly what his words mean.

“No! Childe it’s nothing like that, I swear!” You say quickly before he does anything rash. He simply raises an eyebrow at this.

“Then what is it? You’re not being yourself so there’s something going on,” he says, still completely serious.

“I’m not even sure if what I’m thinking is happening is really what’s going on,” you say quietly as you avoid eye contact with him.

“What is it?” He asks again, not letting go until he knows what’s wrong with you.

“I think I might be pregnant,” you mumble as quietly as possible. Tears start to form in your eyes as the panic sets in again. This isn’t what you wanted to happen. You’re still confused on everything yourself, how are you supposed to explain it to him?

“Baby, I can’t hear you,” he says as he steps closer.

“I said I think I’m pregnant!” You say loudly, finally not able to bottle it all in anymore. You look up at him and all you see is an unreadable expression on his face. In that moment you’re faced with your worst fear.

“I’m sorry! You don’t have to stay with me, really! I know this isn’t what you planned on and being a harbinger doesn’t really go alongside being a parent. I can do it on my own, don’t worry about it,” you say as tears begin to run down your face. Without hesitation Childe quickly takes you in his arms and places kisses on the top of your head.

“Hey, it’s not like that at all. I’m surprised and there’s a lot to think about because you’re right about one thing, this will be hard with my job. But baby, I’m so happy,” he says as he takes his hand and places it under your chin to make you look up at him.

“Really?” You ask with a sniffle.

“Of course! I’ve always wanted a family of my own. I wasn’t planning on it happening anytime soon but I also wasn’t planning on meeting you when I did,” he says as he wipes your tears away. “Although, if this is the case, we need to figure out a way to go visit my home. I need my family to meet the future mother to my children and the love of my life. I just know little Tonia will love you.”

“Slow down there, I already have enough to worry about, I don’t need to pressure of meeting the family on me too,” you say with a small laugh.

“Sorry I’m just excited,” he says with a big smile. He leans down to place a loving kiss on your lips before looking you in the eyes yet again. “Everything will be okay. I will make sure nobody hurts you and you will always be taken care of, even when I’m not around. Can you trust me?”

“Are you, the eleventh of the fatui harbingers, really asking me if I can trust you?” You ask with a playful smile.

“I’m being serious. And I’m not talking to you as a harbinger right now, I’m talking to you as your lover,” he says defensively.

“Of course I trust you. I love you Ajax,” you say as you reach up and place a hand on his cheek. For a moment there’s silence as you two look at each other with eyes full of emotion. But quickly he seems pleased with your answer and leans down to kiss you yet again. And with that kiss all your worries melt away. Maybe being tied to him for the rest of your life won’t be so bad after all.
