A running joke in the dnd game I’m currently in (beyond the witchlight) is that my character (Lloyd) and another (Etty) have this strange rivalry and just constantly argue over pine needle pancakes. I don’t even remember how this started but from session 1 it’s been a constant battle between the two on if they’re good or not. My character hates them and to annoy Etty will tell her pinecone pancakes are better. We always bring it up at least once per session and know it will never end and it cracks us all up every time since we both get into it. Every. Single. Time…. I love my dnd group.

Nothing like brushing up on fairy tale stories when half your friends are going crazy and having similar experiences with the stories.
