WHAT HAPPENED?
Ingram-Riggs and a friend raped a woman while she was passed out. The woman in question was unaware of the assault and others had to inform her about it the next day.
The submitter specifically requested that anyone who knows Ingram-Riggs’ current partner or prospective partners make those people aware of his behavior.

Hey if you can I think you should really try to post all of the social media usernames as possible for the abusers you post, just so we can all be aware if they try to contact us.
We post all usernames submitted to us under “Aliases!”
We do our best not to personally hunt down profiles, partly because it is incredibly time-consuming and partly because we do not want to link a wrong profile to a post in error.
Let us know if you have usernames for people we don’t have and we can add them to their respective posts.

Lynch has been found “at fault” and arrested for two of three official reported assaults. More information can be found here or by googling him
WHAT HAPPENED?
Lynch is well-known for raping and assaulting women. He is often refused entry to bars on the U of M campus because he is widely recognized as a predator.
He raped a woman while she was intoxicated and mocked her on a Snapchat video after the fact so she could not screenshot or save it as proof.
He physically pushed a different woman into a corner while he was intoxicated and smacked her.

WHAT HAPPENED?
At the end of the summer of 2017, John knowingly had sex with a 13 or 14 year old at a party on the shore of the Mississippi River. Multiple people were there when it occurred, and John showed no remorse, claiming that he was heading out of town the next day. When the upset and intoxicated girl requested a ride home, John refused to be of any help and let people he knew use his car to purchase cocaine instead. When confronted about the fact that the girl was nowhere near the age of consent in any form, John did not exclaim any regret for the situation that had just occurred.

How do you confirm if allegations are true? What steps do you take to ensure sexual abuse visibility is accurate and transparent?
For many of the accounts here, mods have experienced the abuse first hand. For others, we have been told by people we know and trust before we started this blog.
Many others have been backed up by multiple people (i.e. John Neitge, Jaimison Cook)
In any case where a legal charge is associated, news articles and/or police records are verified.
If you believe a post has been written in error, please email us and we will do our best to come to a solution, up to and including taking a post down and issuing a retraction if we feel it’s warranted.

in regards to defamation on the internet:
Section 230(c)(1) of the Communications Decency Act, passed in 1996, says "no provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as a publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider." To date, courts have treated this language as a nearly complete bar against liability for users' defamatory postings. [Source]

Hi you might want to take this down because you could be facing several slander cases which will be very costly to you. Using pictures taken from FB and Instagram is copyright infringement which is illegal and forbidden in Tumblr. If you have a problem with people in your life try dealing with it in a more responsible way. Thanks
1) Slander implies dishonesty. Mods can personally vouch for many of the posts written, and the others are submission-driven, similar to many many other areas of the internet. We’ll deal with individual direct contact about legal issues if/when they come our way.
2) The owner of the media/intellectual property is the only person who can file a DMCA copyright claim through Tumblr; if any of the people mentioned on the blog would like to file those requests, we cannot stop them
3) I personally would love to hear of a responsible way to warn others of creeps, assholes, rapists, and the like that would have any effect or result different from that achieved here. We believe it is our responsibility to our community to allow them to be fully informed about people they’re interacting with.

Arrested for 5th degree possession 5/10/17 in Bloomington.
Arrested 2014 for operating without a license.
DWI in 2012.
WHAT HAPPENED?
McClimek/Spaeth has been know to frequently very drunk or high. (Painkillers, weed) and hide use of harder drugs like cocaine. She conditioned a former partner to prioritize McClimek/Spaeth over other friends using lines like, "It goes Family, Girlfriend, Friends. In that order." and "But I'm your girlfriend, so...."
MicClimek/Spaeth insisted on constant contact with her partner and was always asking for explanations of whereabouts and why partner talked to so-and-so. She manipulated partner into isolation.
McClimek/Spaeth believed that relationships automatically equaled sexual consent.
McClimek/Spaeth would sexually coerce her partner via relentless begging, physical intimidation, and use of conditioning and sleep deprivation. She always concerned that partner was cheating, while she was the one cheating.
She did not honestly disclose sexual health history and refused to use protection. Ex partners have said McClimek/Spaeth “won't accept "no" for an answer to anything.”

WHAT HAPPENED?
Sombrios has been known to wake partners while drunk in the middle of the night and initiate sexual contact and BDSM/kink play without their consent. During at least one of these interactions, Sombrios lied to his partner about wearing a condom
When confronted, Sombrios told his accuser it wasn’t a big deal because it “only happened once” and would not take responsibility for his alcohol use.
In regard to kink practices, Sombrios abuses use of consensual gags (i.e. ball gags) to avoid verbal denial and justify his actions in lack of verbal consent because the person “didn’t say anything.” He did not allow partners to set boundaries or expectations for scenes and has criticized women for caution in meeting him/other potential BDSM partners.
