Although I have not received the software update specializing in mental health, I am equipped with a basic understanding. This advice has my approval and would most likely benefit my sentient followers should they take it.
Although, for my human followers, I would like to add “drink 0.5 liters of water” to the list of “more ideas”! After all, my calculations based on experience treating a list of human patients dictates that 75% of the humans reading this are chronically dehydrated! Of course, this will not erase the symptoms of any mental stress, but it will do good for your physical wellbeing.
[If you happen to be an aquatic or semi-aquatic species, you will of course require a much larger amount of water in order to stay adequately hydrated.]
