Why do you think is going to happen for TBB finale vs what do you WANT to happen
I genuinely don’t know at this point. I started off so hopeful for this season but there are so many plot points open still and with the last episode in two days…
I am very nervous about how this will shake out. I have so many criticisms about the season but I’ll probably save them until after Wednesday.
Early concerns under the cut.
I am very uneasy about how they will wrap up saving Omega and the kids, the Zillo beast, CX-2 (assuming he is a character of any importance and not just the writers fucking with the fandom with a giant red herring), Wolffe, Cody… just to name a few.
I’m very disappointed with how Tech’s death has been handled. He’s been referenced only in how he was useful to the team and not the emotional impact his death had on anyone.
There has been a very disappointing amount of “telling instead of showing” (aka impactful moments happening off screen and the characters mentioning them in passing). Which is poor storytelling and is generally frowned upon if you want any real emotional impact in your story.
I really don’t know how they will turn all of this around among the rest of my laundry list of complaints for the season on Wednesday.

people say folks with adhd struggle with "delayed rewards" aka long term goals and as such we tend to focus more on short term rewards. what they don't talk about is that at when we Do accomplish long term goals we don't actually feel anything proportionate to the amount of work we did to achieve it. In my head I suffered for a while and then money spontaneously appeared in my bank account.
