Easter, week four: Stay curious.
I recall a year ago vividly. It feels like merely yesterday and yet I still can’t believe it’s been this much time. Tell the people you love that you love them. Don’t pass up a chance.
This week has been slow for health reasons and I’m trying to move things along. Comparing my work now from last year (when I was at the same stage for my Y2 project) I’m glad to notice improvement and understanding.
Tomorrow term starts again. Pushing to the finish line once more. Maybe I’ll try continue doing weekly recaps until submissions this year.

Reflections 🪞
Composition inspired by Caravaggio’s Narcissus. Bonus material is Lewerentz in vestments (priest variations + deacon), I love liturgical garments and the ritualistic aspects of religious practice.

Having a sunny day means it’s harder to concentrate on studying. I have submitted the first draft for my thesis, will do some proofreading before the deadline.

I loved toys when I was a kid, and had all sorts of stuffed toys and dolls.

20240414. 【💐】
Easter, week three: Kiss your friends.
It’s been a busy week getting through work and attending social engagements. Seeing my friends and the people I love will always make me smile. Being loved is a privilege and I cherish every instant.
One more week to go to gather my things, and then the final stretch. Once again that strange time of year and turbulent emotions. My mind is heavy but one must move forward.

Back to Childhood: Cartoon Characters
When I was a kid, I liked many cartoon characters, often based on design alone. I don't have to play the game or watch the show associated with it; it was purely based on vibes lol. Till today I've retained this habit: I have no clue what characters these are that I've used in my journal but they're still cute! But it has gotten me into some trouble before 😅
