Every year around my birthday I always get sad. I've cried on my birthday for as long as I can remember. I think it's my way of lamenting ever being born.

The other day I sat across from a couple who seemed so happy and carefree that somehow I felt like they knew my every disappointment in my own relationship. Like they could see right thru me to see where that empty place is within me and could see the shape of what was missing. I could imagine them shaking their heads in pity, nodding to each other knowingly and grateful because they had each other.

Tonight is a supermoon, the first of Autumn and in the influence of Aries
