I created some workout routines inspired by a lot of workout videos and my favorite exercises! These are only 10 minutes long and have plenty of breaks in between and you can always go at your own pace and use this as a starting point to form your own routines too! I hope this is helpful!

After not working out for a couple months, I completed 1 week of exercise following Chloe Ting’s videos on Youtube, I really recommend them if you’re like me and don’t really know how to put together a routine!
