I be like “I‘m going through something“, yeah well by “something“ I mean Inhaler‘s & Arctic Monkeys’ entire discographies.

Fighting the urge to listen to totally while not breaking eye contact with my Delusionship for a second

Barely anything makes me happier than people hearing the words “Inhaler“, “Declan McKenna“ or “Arctic Monkeys“ and immediately associating them with me. Like yes, being an annoying music obsessed fan is literally my main brand.

Date idea: A warm summer evening, a car, some blankets, some snacks, a sunset & “A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships” by the 1975 playing in the background <3

Okay but I am so in love with the “if you dance I’ll dance / and if you don’t, I’ll dance anyway“ from “Say yes to heaven“… I feel like it’s simultaneously romantic and very self assured, since she declares her desire to share a dance with the person she loves but also makes clear that, in case they refuse, she will not lose her spark and her passion to dance. The song may be about how she is willing to give all her heart to said person, how they are constantly on her mind, but at the same time it is about how she will still manage to go on and live life to the fullest if those feelings may be not reciprocated in the way she wants.

I just feel like that message is so healthy and beautiful, and it makes the song even more romantic and lovely to me ❤️
